Bought another bike from Mohamed today (our family's 4th from his shop) and could not be happier. He takes time to know what you want and what would fit you best. He has tuned up and repaired our bikes over the years with a smile! Always friendly and fantastic at what he does.

Independent bike shops are some of my favorite places to support, and this one is no exception. My old bike had been sitting in the garage for months so I took it in to be tuned. When I called on Saturday, Mohamed was very helpful and told me the bike would be ready by Monday.

On Monday, I got a call that the bike was ready. When I picked it up it looked great and Mohamed had even replaced the saddle free of charge because he'd noticed a small tear in the original saddle. It was great, honest service and I'll keep coming back to this store.

I was able to get my spoke replaced same day and the mechanic made sure everything on my bike was in good shape before sending me off. Everyone was very friendly too. Thanks so much!

I came to the bike shop just by accident at a sidewalk sale. I was told in my neighborhood town of El Segundo that it would be a week to 10 days to fix my bike brakes. Mohammed and Manny were great and told me it would take a couple of hours to fix them correctly. Since it was late in the day I left my bike over night and they called me about 90 minutes after opening that my bike was ready to pick up. Their customer service was great and the bakes are better than when the bike was new. I was so happy with the down to earth service I dropped by later with my wife and gave Mohammed a bottle

These guys are awesome. They know what they are doing and put the customer first. It is a small family owned shop. They have been servicing my beach cruisers and e- bikes for a few years now after I tried many of the larger local shops. They are honest and reasonably priced.

Even when they are busy they will tell you how long your bike will take and pretty much deliver on time. They will tell you exactly what needs to be done along with recommendations - never anything you DONT need. I have taken in my e- bike expecting a huge repair and it turned out to be a small adjustment.

Great bike shop for all levels of riders and service. My son got a flat and stopped into The Old Bike Shop and the guys helped him out. I've been back twice with other bike repairs and have had great service. They are always really nice and have honest prices.

The Bike Shop is a wonderful place. Manny is a great mechanic and Mo cares for his customers and tries to keep good inventory despite the bicycle and parts shortage due to Covid. I'm picking up my new Trek Domane SL6 in the next couple of days.

Mohamed is a life saver. Brought in my obscure European e-bike and he had the brakes fixed in minutes when another shop spent an hour trying to figure it out and sent me to The Bike Shop in exasperation.

This is the first time I used this shop and my experience was excellent. I have an eight year old Trek and took it home working as hood as if it was new. Shifting, brakes, and clean as a whistle. They were fairly priced and fast.

Would recommend them with no reservations!

This is the best bicycle shop in the south bay, he's helped me twice, my niece bike and also with my golf cart handle bar rap. Love this place, very nice people, thank you so much.

I stopped by since one of my pedals came loose. The staff was so helpful and kind. I let them know I'm on a student budget and couldn't pay for anything more than the pedal piece, but they still tightened loose ends and bits. I couldn't have felt more taken care of!

I love this bike shop. Mo and Manny are super friendly and very helpful. I do most of my maintenance but when I mess up, like I did with overhauling the headset on my 90's Gary Fisher, his team is there to rescue me with no nonsense work. Thank you Mo and the team!

Drive all the way down to the beach to see that my freshly pumped tire was flat. These guys got it done in on a Saturday at 12pm in 10 minutes for dirt cheap. Also adjusted my seat due to it being loose. Super cool guys overall

Mo and his team are the quintessential AWESOME Customer Service of Customer Service! The silver lining of Covid for these folks is that their service department is taking reservations for servicing bikes - they're backlogged for 4 weeks! Unfortunately, they can't help right away, but they will call you when they can work on your bike. And, they never make fun of you if you ask a stupid question... truly helpful people...salt of the earth.

It's a small shop and most of the bicycle slots were empty, they've must've had a lot of bike sales lately due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I checked on some 700c bicycle tires for my fixie but they didn't have but one type and I declined to buy it.

The very best experience I have ever had purchasing a bike. Mohammed is warm, knowledgeable and sincere. His recommendations are exceptional and he will place you on the best bike and accessories. He follows up to make sure you are satisfied and will make any adjustments to the bike anytime. If you are looking for a high end bike, this is worth the drive from anywhere in Southern California, and beyond. Thank you Mohammed for your dedication to bicycles.

Mohammed and Manny are awesome, really nice guys who aren't gatekeepers at all, especially for those freshly getting into cycling. Love going in for a chat, and they always have some story to tell. Service is well done, well explained (can always tell you exactly what was done on the bike and for what reason), and not up-selly at all. Shop also has decent selection of random gear you might need (chamois cream, lubes, all sorts of cup holders).

I have nothing but great things to say about the service I received and constantly receive everything I go into the shop. I ordered my bike through the shop, they assembled it and supplied me with all the accessories I need. Manny was extremely helpful the entire time and continues to educate me on how to take care of my bike. Also, I've brought a friends bike to the shop and Manny has given him great advice on what to do with his bike. The service here is amazing and I would recommend that anyone who has any sort of bike question or needs a bike service go here.

Drove from Texas to California with our Specialized road bikes on the back of our truck, through snow, rain and wind our bikes took a beating to say the least. We tried just oiling the chain and riding them around a few days but they needed something more. Over night our three year old bikes were transformed to brand new and rides like a dream! Thanks The Bike Shop! I don't know if our bikes looked this great when first bought them. Professional, clean, prompt, attentive and fare priced. We need you in every town were travel to help keep our bikes clean and tuned up!

Excellent shop with great service. Patient and informative. I even had my bike serviced here and they installed new parts I bought there (rack, lights) for me for free. They demonstrated how the equipment works. No pressure sales, service is excellent. My serviced bike feels and looks brand new. Thanks gents!

Last Wednesday I was in the middle of a 50 bike mile ride (alone) when my derailed hanger snapped, sending the derailer into my spokes and rendering my bike useless. Since I was about 25 miles from home and it looked to be a $60 Uber ride to my house (if I could find someone who would take my bike) I got on Google Maps and found this shop. I then carried my bike 2 miles to see if there was anything they could do. They were amazing. By some miracle, they had the hanger, derailer and spokes that would fit my bike. After a little over an hour I was back on the road. Are you kidding me - an hour? I

I had high hopes for this bike shop considering it's right around the corner from my house. I'm sure they are good with old beach cruisers but my impression was either laziness or lack of knowledge on other bikes systems.

First I asked for him to put a 700c28mm tire on my 2001 Klein Road Bike. Pointing to the front brake I found this interesting because there is a large amount of clearance there, he was adamant it wouldn't fit, I knew it would because I had tested another wheel with exact same tire. I went home and put it on myself. It fit fine.

Mohammed is the exact person you want to give your business to. He is friendly, cares about your experience when riding your bike, and is extremely knowledgeable.
I went from a single speed to my first Road Bike (which was a big step up financially). I had minimal knowledge about Road Bikes, and Mohammed helped me every step of the way. After a ton of research and visiting all the local shops, he gave me the best bike, price, and experience.
When you buy a bike from them, you get someone to help you with the bike forever. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
