I had a haircut by Lori. She's great. I was getting a consult because my previous cut at a different salon was terrible, uneven and I was having a lot of trouble styling it. My hair is curly and I also straighten it about half the time. Lori knew exactly how to fix the cut and it now looks good both curly and straight. I'm a Vivo customer going forward!

Every time I go I take all my children (3) and they love it. They offer you something to drink 🍸 and are very friendly. Lulu and Sol are bilingual and do an amazing job❤ Love going to Vivo salon to get a new look every month 💇♀️and pedicures too💅They have a great deal on pedicure and manicure for only $60. You won't regret it!!!

My aunt and I had a wedding to attend and we were flying in from Atlanta. We made appointments beforehand and the owner of the salon took amazing care of us! She went out of her way to make sure our hair and nails looked perfect before we left from there. The staff was extremely kind and helpful and we were very happy with our experience.

Sol is AMAZING!! I was so nervous about getting highlights (full) for the first time, my hair is so dark brown everyone thinks it's black and it looks even better than I ever thought my hair could. Sol is meticulous in her lightening technique, it is obvious that she is a perfectionist. I've gotten more compliments on my hair than ever before in my life. I have thick hair and a LOT of it, I always go beyond the scheduled time everywhere I've gone in the past even to get a trim and she was there for me and attentive the entire time. I was never left wondering if the bleach was going to stay on too

I thought my appointment was a different time, Amy was very nice and still saw me 30 minutes after our scheduled time. She was very friendly and really knows her stuff! I paid double at signature salon and they really messed up my hair but Amy fixed it. If you want a great hair stylist go see her.

I just recently moved to the area so I figured I would try this place as they had great reviews. The lady who did my haircut poked me in the eye several times as well as had me stand up for my entire haircut while everyone else was sitting down for theirs. It was uncomfortable and awkward. I have never had to stand up to have my haircut before. The place also looked dirty and they did not clean the hair on the floor from the last client. The clock on the wall was not the correct time either; it was off by several hours; just a little detail that is frustrating. I was surprised that my haircut turned

I booked an appointment with Amy Lopez, the owner. Got in the same day. Amy really listens to what you want and is not scissor happy. I wanted to keep my hair as long as possible, but also add layers & make it healthy again. She did everything I asked and did not cut too much off my bangs or framing around my face & my hair actually looks longer now! My husband will be happy! She did an excellent job.
I left feeling young and sexy & amazing. Being a grandmother of 2, that's saying something!

I had read reviews place after place and was excited to go here for the first time. The service was great, she was super friendly and sweet. But my hair is lacking. I understand the process that goes into getting really light colored hair, comes in more than one visit to the salon. I used to work in the industry so I know what to expect. I showed a picture of what I was working towards, and ended up hardly in that direction. There is streaks, lines and patches in my hair and unfortunately I cannot do anything about it unless I want to fry my hair off. My hair was bleached while damp which was unexpected

I haven't left a Yelp review in years but this salon deserves so much good that I had to sign on to give five stars!!! I live in NYC but was visiting home last week; Vivo Salon fit me in on a very last minute notice, and saved me from a severely uneven/botched blonde adventure that occurred when I tried a new salon in my NYC neighborhood. Lexie was patient and really listened to me, and worked some kind of magic to make my hair look amazing. I know she spent a lot of time with me and did not make me feel rushed at all, or make me feel bad for coming in with such a hot mess of a hair disaster

For my entire life—my dry, unruly naturally curly hair has been a huge challenge. Most hairdressers try and tame, cut and fight it—and they mostly loose. Amy wins every time! This salon has such fun style and always a great mix of music and conversation. They offer more services every time I come—from massage to spray tanning and mani-pedis. Brides-to-be, this is where you want to book your bridal salon party!

Love my new cut! I was in the area and really needed a my roots touched up. I did a search and liked what Amy wrote on the website about layering. I was very nervous since I normally do a LOT of research before choosing a stylist but I was feeling adventurous. I sat down and the first question I asked was - how long have you been doing hair?
the answer to my delight was 35 years! and she teaches, so I was at ease.
Love the brand of hair color. My hair seems in better condition after the coloring. Will definatly plan my trips to Milwaukee to include enough time to stop by and get a touch up

Very simply my favorite hair salon! You can't tell from the exterior--but the decor and furnishings are wonderful with the perfect amount of bright pink accents. This would be the perfect place for an entire wedding party to come for hair, nails, massage, skin and makeup. The music is eclectic & fun and the atmosphere is warm friendly, accommodating. If you're looking for a quick 20 minute manicure or a cookie-cutter haircut then this is not the right place. How ever If you're looking to be pampered and want someone to listen and look through pictures of your desired style and

Our entire family gets our hair cut / styled / colored (whoops, maybe I wasn't supposed to say that) at Vivo Salon. We drive from rural Dane County to Waukesha for family styling because Vivo's owner has been cutting my hair for the past 25+ years. Vivo's staff is extraordinarily accommodating and will go out of their way to make life-long customers, which is probably why they have built such a loyal clientele, and will continue to do so. Vivo offers premium service at reasonable prices. Also, a large selection of styling products from all the big names.
