I was disappointed yesterday , after waiting 45 minutes the owner told me that my nails needed to be soaked . He wanted me to get a full set , because 2 of my nails were lifting up. He also told me to sit to the side , or go hone and take them off and cone back next week . Because it is gonna hurt if he take them off.
I went to another nail shop and the technician did not have to take my nails off . I am so bothered by the Poor service .especially on a Easter weekend when everyone is trying to look their best.

Honestly.... It is BEYOND me. The reviews led me to think this spot would be ok! The nails i got are really bad. The customer service was good and i felt welcomed! I wasnt made to feel rude when asking to fix a flaw.
The nails themselves though.
... Lumpy, crooked, no attention to the cuticles... Damn near could have cried when i left.

Worst pedicure of my entire life ! The guy doing my nails was probably not even licensed. He did not know what to do the entire time and my feet are not silky smooth like they should be. The owner tried to charge me more for the pedicure when the prices are posted on the wall. I paid extra for gel polish and it's so uneven and matte when it should shine. Biggest waste of money and regret. Plus they trie to sell me fake wallets on my way out ! Save your time and cash! Not to mention the salon was trashed and the other employees were just watching tv eating in the front where I was being serviced

This place especially the owner cares nothing about the health of your nails. I went in early one morning to assure I beat the crowd, & asked to have my acrylic nails soaked off. The "owner" insisted he take them off by hand because "soaking would take an hour". He was not gentle during the process & caused a lot of pain & injury to my nail beds. On top of that I ended up getting charged $10 for him to rip my nails off my hand when soaking ("the longer process")only costs $5. That makes no sense to me. After this situation I will never go back. Customers

Stopped due to it being on my way home from work and leaving for vacation the next day. I had no time to make it to my go to place. What a disappointment! For this place being fairly new, it looked like a dump and did not offer much of a nail ccolor selection. I received the worst shallac that lasted all of 3 days. I should have went with my gut instinct and ran like hell.
