Full manicure service with a choice of over 200 non-chip colors, no drying time and guarantee two weeks. Dipping powder, no-odor, no liquid, no UV-light. Dipping powder is a healthier option for the nails much thinner, lightweight, easy to do and helps you. I was visiting from out of state and found this place on yelp. Paid a lot .. thing we're dirty (I guess because it's so dark In the back ) I really wanted to like this place. Instead of getting the basic pedi I decided to get the second most expensive one :/ and still left with dry skin on my feet. Def not the experience I thought I would get !!! I give it two stars because the candle massage was cool.

I really wanted to like this nail salon. I Googled salons that sterilize their instruments and this one stated it does. Well, they don't- at least the technician I saw did not. The salon presents well and they have a special room with low lighting and water wall for pedicures. The tech opened her tool box, pulled out the three metal instruments she was going to use and sprayed them with disinfectant over the foot tub. I'm not sure what the hype is about. First off, my boyfriend and I had pedicures scheduled for 1215 together. They got us back a little late, no big deal. I got started on first while my boyfriend sat soaking for 40 or 45 minutes. By that time I was basically done so he walked out. The poor nail tech apologized profusely saying that they overbooked. So that's a management issue. What is the point of taking appointments if you're not going to prioritize your time accordingly for people who actually schedule one? Third time getting my nails done by Rachel and I am always impressed and satisfied! I drive all the way from Milwaukee just to get my nails done here. They never disappoint and pricing is reasonable. They are usually really busy so it’s important to be on time otherwise you might have to reschedule!

It was my 1st and last time here. I've never once had an issue with the nail Polish chipping off. I got my nails done on Thursday 7/15/2021 and the next day my middle finger nail polish popped off ( cut the nail down middle finger), then 3 days later I was opening the shell to a pistachio and my thumb nail polish popped off (cut my nail down but you can see in the attached pictures). The place was not to clean, of there utensils they use.

Spontaneously came here for my friend’s birthday. When we told the techs it was her birthday they didn’t even respond, which was totally odd. After seeing all the amazing designs they had online, I chose one. I normally don’t get designs and was super excited. My tech tried about three times to do it after she said she could without hesitation before I even sat down in the chair. Another tech had to come and help. The tech doing my friend’s nails did not do them as she clarified about three times. Both of them turned out great, we did leave happy originally. Now it is five days later and

Completely over this place. They are just trying to shuffle as many people in and out as they can with no care for quality or customer service. They charged extra for COVID but did absolutely nothing to actually attempt social distancing when it mattered. I make appointments but am kept waiting because walk-ins came in right before me. The breaking point was waiting 15 minutes past my appointment, finally being seated to sit and wait another 5 minutes and then given quick don't care service. She was done in 30 minutes and I paid for 55! There was no interest in actually trying and the pedicure

Went in yesterday for a Dip manicure - This place is absolutely FILTHY! The work stations are extremely dirty - that was my first horrible impression! As one other stated, they share tools and they are not clean at all either!!!!
Kevin was the tech and in a hurry to get it done!
Spending $60.00 for a shotty job, especially for newer client, does not make a person want to return!
It's too bad, over a year ago, it seemed much cleaner.
The other draw back, is they can't understand what you are saying to them and vice versa!

I came to Cassia for the first time today and absolutely love my nails! I had gotten a really bad set of acrylics at another (more expensive) salon 3 weeks prior. My nail tech took his time reshaping my nails and making sure I was happy every step of the way. I also appreciated being seated for my appointment right away.

Meh... I made an appointment through their app for a mani & pedi with gel color, but there was some confusion when I arrived for my appointment, they thought I only wanted a pedi. Not a problem since I ended up being able to get both a mani & pedi.
The salon itself doesn't seem to be the cleanest, it bothered me a little especially since they are charging more due to "extra" cleaning because of Covid. Customers sit side by side, files and foot exfoliation scrubbers seemed to be shared/reused and the work stations are dusty.

First time here and this place is fantastic! I had Tony and he gave me a regular manicure with THE best paint job I've ever had! My nails look like perfect marshmallows (I chose a white)! I've never seen a nail tech be so meticulous about his work even as I receive an 'express' manicure! I really appreciate their attention to detail and overall care for their customers. I am very disappointed. I came here wanting to get my nails done, and when I walked in very few people were wearing a mask. Maybe 2/3 of employees were wearing a mask, and maybe half of the customers were wearing one. This makes me very disappointed as someone who thought I'd come in being able to feel comfortable that everyone would wear a mask, but I was very disappointed when almost no one was wearing one. I will most definitely not return, despite my "2 week guarantee ". I will most likely never return because of my safety and the safety of others.

I love this place! I just started going back after not being there these past few months and I still couldn't be happier. Rachel did an amazing job on my nails. They are gorgeous! The staff here are super attentive and do such a wonderful job. When you are getting checked in they offer you some water or soda and help you decide what you would like done to your nails. I've bounced ideas off of them and they tell you what they think will work and offer suggestions without being pushy. I love love love the atmosphere and how relaxing it is. If you are looking for a quiet serene location for a pedicure look no further. When you first walk in the salon it is clean and inviting. The hand services are done in the front. I immediately noticed no pedicure seats, and was quite surprised to see what was in the back. A room lit by small lights and candles. It was perfect felt like my own private oasis. No televisions, just serenity. If you are in the mood for the MOST relaxing pedicure ever this is the place for you. At least I tried it... A friend told me how great this place was so when I needed a pedicure and a re-dip I decided to give it a try. They couldn't fit me in for both treatments on one day so it was split over two which was fine.
