Full set lasted me less than a week then nails are peeling and falling off and I don’t do anything that would cause that plus the nails are shaped poorly use to go here all the time came back cause I wanted to get back in the routine of acrylics not here again! Way overpriced for what you get

I requested my nails to match my feet. The woman who did my pedicure did one color and the nail tech did another. Pedicure was a little rushed. The gel polish on a few of my toes was scuffed. Manicure was uneven on a few nails. I asked for dip powder but she insisted on gel. The polish is not even. You can see through some on the nails because the polish was layed too thinly. The staff is very nice but the work is inconsistent.

I've been coming to Bellagio since they opened - getting both manicures and pedicures. While they've had a lot of turnover, I like the setting and most of the nail techs. They remember my name, so it's disappointing I have to write this review. Used to be a big fan, but in my past two visits they were less than stellar. Today, their charge was $15 for a polish change plus, of course, the tip. There was no mention anywhere of a rate increase. In fact if you look at their published rates online it states $11. It took the owner 10 minutes. I did comment to the manager and the owner and tried to dispute

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Had 2 dip manicures and they only lasted 1 week. Nails cracked on the surface. When she used the drill to remove old polish she cut me so I was bleeding and then told me to soak my hand in a bowl of acetone!!!!. OUCH! I refused and will never go back. Very unprofessional salon!

This was my first time going in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The guy that did my gel manicure was more focused on the customers coming into the store then focusing on the person right in front of him that he was working on. He was too busy looking around that he completely butchered one of my nails to the point where it was noticeably shorter than the rest of my nails and when I pointed it out he did not acknowledge it and just filed it down even shorter. He also filed one of my nails down so far after he put the dip powder on that you could see my actual nail. He also added a top coat

Although my nails look okay (some are crooked), I was disappointed with the service. We booked manicures for 3 of us and we’re all seated throughout a half an hour time span. The work spaces were not cleaned between clients and the same tools were used. The guy cut 2 of my fingers & didn’t say anything while there was blood dripping down my nail. He also bumped one of the nails while it was still wet and touched the other ones to check if they were dry and ruined those too. He took the time to fix them but CHARGED ME for a nail repair that wasn’t my fault. This place is also on the pricey

Made us wait for 10 minutes while other walk ins were taken right away. Didn’t do my nails at the same time as my friend and made her wait while i got mine done and i had to wait while she got hers done. The lady who did mine extremely rushed it, poor quality of nails and was rough with me. She judged me doing my own nails as well and laughed when i said i had painted them myself. She was telling other people she had to leave at 7, even though she left way earlier pretty much when i was done and I felt like i just wasted my money coming here. I took my granddaughter in for a gel manicure, the gentleman that did mind was rushed. He put the polish on too thick to do less coats and it wrinkled. I told him and he responded that it was my nails. I usually do my own, but wanted to treat my granddaughter. I’ve never had the polish wrinkle because I do 3 thin coats, he was just trying to get it done sooner and I also had polish left around my nails. Very unprofessional! Update, 4 days after my appointment, my nails are already peeling. Usually my polish lasts 3 weeks and I still have to soak for 30 min. to remove it.

My friend and I had called ahead of time to come in for an acrylic set. The front desk person was very nice checking us in. When we went to go take a seat, only one nail technician was doing our nails. It was super irritating because it was obvious 1. the place was not overfilled and crowded 2. there were other technicians obviously available but were on their phones in the back. It was frustrating because my friend and I were there for almost 2 1/2 hours taking turns with the technician.
