We scheduled a 2 day stay, it was supposed to be a room with a jacuzzi inside our reservation made but when we arrived the front desk told us that all rooms were already booked so we got a room without the jacuzzi instead. The Front desk was never at the front, I called to get extra towels and the lady in the front said to pick them up because she was helping someone in the front and when I went like a min later no one was there. The hotel had a pool and jacuzzi which were available to people that stayed there. They offer breakfast which was good with a variety of selections such as yogurt, bread

Great rooms really good service but was a lil dissapointed by the breakfast ..the eggs which they served was of maybe the previous day..always check if the breakfast is fresh or just heated up from the previous day!! Other tha. That the stay was really amazing and amenities were also good!! Polite and helpful staff!!

On a sad note I will never be coming back to this hotel. This is my favorite hotel that I always stay at and have stayed at for years, this time around I was told my method of payment was no longer acceptable (even though I have had the same account for years) they will not accept NETSPEND cards at all because some are prepaid and they won't take them any longer. Mine was an actual account and I always use it there and other hotels and was shocked they wouldn't even run it where my paychecks and direct deposit have gone on since 2014 and out of nowhere its not acceptable. This put me in a bind

Nice hotel....stayed 3 weeks for work place is extremely under staffed .... I had to replace towels and toilet paper at front desk. Maid came twice out of the 3 weeks . Front desk personnel was friendly on days.. nights always had Attitude... hott breakfast in the morning. different meal every morning for about a week...

Our hotel room was clean and spacious, the free hot breakfast was nice, and the staff were polite and helpful. Great location with plenty of parking in well lit parking lots. The outside grounds/landscaping are well taken care of. Hotel and pool area were clean and tidy. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
