The satisfaction of our guests is most important to our success. If we miss your call, please leave a voicemail or send a text & someone from our staff will get back with you ASAP. With the exception of Summer holidays, there is a 99% chance we will have a site available for you and your guests. Our Beachfront Park & Resort is located in Surfside Beach, Texas on the calming Gulf of Mexico.
Customers checking out after 11:00 AM will be charged for the next day unless they have paid for late checkout prior to the normal checkout time. Fifteen minutes prior to your arrival time, please text the office phone (979) 824-2990, with your name & ETA. On the last day of your reservation, please text the office & let them know when you plan to be completely packed up, disconnected & ready to depart.
Beachfront is where it starts. Our property is 55' from the sand! You can walk from your RV directly to the beach. We have a large entertaining area with fire pits, swinging chairs and a 10,000 sq ft enclosed restaurant on the property. We brought the Costa Rica vibe to Surfside Beach with vibrant colors and tasteful touchs everywhere.

The team was very responsive and friendly at all times but especially once I arrived and couldn’t fit in the spot I reserved due to a large motorhome in the next spot plus chains and a tight turn limiting my options. They immediately moved me to another spot (that luckily was available) and refunded me the difference immediately!

My wife and I spent a month here at Beachfront RV resort. Great place as your right on the Gulf beach. Great staff. I give it a 5 because of location and access to beach.
It would be nice if there was staff say till 11pm to talk too, ask questions. There is no restrooms or laundry as prior review said there is.

This place was OK until the point when the owner of the RV/restaurant came up to us and explained that this is his restaurant and how he makes money...... He is not here to feed everyone and how people don't follow the rules...... I told him that we didn't see a signs that said "no outside food is allowed". Yet we support him last night with a big group and we had just bought beer from upstairs. This guy has no customer service which makes me believe that he was in the wrong and a bartender had quit the night before. Customer service is a key aspect to me for returned customers . My family and I went to this place with extended family, motorcycle organization, TruCons (Copyright) as a memorial ride for my uncle, former president of this organization.
I had never been to this place and I'm very excited to go back! The drinks were really good and the oysters Rockefeller were delicious. The fish bowl was the Mexican Sunset 🌇 😋 👌 😍 Get a few to share. Trust me!

We had a great time here and will def be back. The weather did not cooperate while we were there so we didn't get to experience live music and fun at the on site restaurant, but the camp, beach and food were great! It's so wonderful to be right on the beach. The office had ice for us and you really don't have to leave this spot! The Red Snapper Inn was our fav place to eat. Can't wait to plan a trip back!!
