The check in process was smooth. The faults come with the water temperature for the outdoor jacuzzi tubs. We were warned at check in that one if the boilers was inoperable but that this would be a non-issue. It ultimately was an issue. The water would be hot for 30 seconds then warm for 1 minute before turning cold. This was at all times of the day and night (this is important because the staff argued that we were using the water at peak hours). It's a good location and great room but we booked the location solely because of the outdoor jacuzzi. I'm not sure when the boiler went out but my wife

This is a must stay if you're looking for a getaway at the beach! The views are breath taking! My husband and I have felt a bit "cuckoo" with work lately so we found it fitting to chose the Cuckoo's Nest suite, it did not disappoint. We were greeted at the office, and given a tourer of our room. The balcony covers the full layout of the suite. It had a private big tub that fit both of us comfortably with never ending hot water.
