It was super romantic. Gorgeous room with AMAZING views of the ocean. Private beach access. I was pregnant when I went with my husband and we had to unexpectedly end our trip early but had paid for a few more days. They refunded these days into a gift ticket so we could return and use those days. They didn't have to do that. Top notch customer service.

The ocean view was beautiful, but the room was sparse and overpriced. Kitchenette didn’t have any utensils and odd layout - lacking areas to put toiletries in bath area. Also, no extra blankets in the room. Fireplace didn’t work. The area (Lincoln City) is also lacking in good restaurants, etc. Really disappointed after having high expectations.

Our stay was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! My husband and I stayed here for our 15th Anniversary. We loved our room, the view, the jetted tub, everything.
I read a few of these reviews before our trip and got a little nervous that we would be in for some issues. We (and they) were completely wrong! Everything was amazing. We had the Regatta Room #4, the room was a great size for the 2 of us. The location was was convenient to restaurants and shopping. The staff was helpful and kind to our needs. We asked for someone to come to our room and completely turn off the fireplace as it will continuously radiate

Booked the Regatta room #3 for a two night stay to celebrate our anniversary. Checked in on Sunday 6/27/21. You have to check in at one of their other hotels a short drive away. This was communicated via email AFTER we booked. Check in was fast & easy. Arrived to our room, found that the “kitchenette” did not have any dishes, only two coffee mugs next to a drip coffee maker. We hadn’t packed any dishes for our flight from out of state & wasn’t aware we needed to. We purchased water to keep in the room so the mini fridge was convenient. The room was lovely. The view and beach access were hard to beat. The tub was perfect for a chilly night and the bed was very comfortable. It is a house that was turned into a hotel/manor so the walls are a little thinner than actual hotels which is to be expected. My only complaint does not have to do with the manor itself but my downstairs neighbors who did not comply with the quiet hours of 9-9. A couple could be heard drunk and arguing until Midnight at least. It did make it hard to sleep and a little bit frustrating due to the quiet hours being clearly posted. I wish there would have been

I would've given it 5 stars, but when I went to bed the 1st night there, I didn't notice until the next morning that the sheets I slept on were stained as if they weren't changed or something because the sun was beaming thru the window on all the stains. It was just myself staying there, so no one else. I threw towels over it and slept the 2nd night like that. The microwave and shelves also weren't wiped off or dusted. When I pushed the button to open the microwave door, the dust flew in my face like a cloud of smoke. I've stayed with them in the past at there other sister hotels and vacation homes

We are looking so forward to our upcoming stay next week April 7-9, 2021. We didn't book far enough in advance to get the room with hot tub on deck like I really wanted. But the woman I spoke with who help me choose our room was so friendly and helpful! Hoping our room will be decorated with rose pedals and champagne.
