Negative rating option not available. Had an ofc visit yesterday. First, there is NO PARKING. The place is a ZOO. I am standing in a long line to check in and I get a call from the clinic saying that I had an appt and they're waiting on me. I proceeded to enlighten her that I was waiting in a very long line in their lobby. Then, I am given paperwork to fill out. While I am filling out paperwork they call me back. They ask me why I'm there. (They have no chart on me because it's my 1st visit and they didnt let me finish the paperwork). I replied "for an annual check up"

Doctors are great but appointment time don't matter , you will still wait way past your appointment time. You may have to call a few times to get a hold of someone to make an appointment. Additionally , if you are not bilingual you may have a hard time to talk with the medical assistants. Overall if the doctors weren't so great i may have ventured out elsewhere.

Wait time is horrendous. Office staff at front desk don't care about you or your children. I've been consistently going to this office for several years and ever since the girl that was working there died, this whole office has died. The office staff don't care about you they only care about clicking out at the end of the day. Now they've sold to Soma medical center #4 and they are worse. I am taking my 5 children and going away to another doctor for good. I'm sure they'll be happy. Because they don't care. You are just another insurance claim for them. My insurance

If I can give less than 1 star I would!! I picked this office because they accept my insurance. Dr. Mandelblum had 4 stars on Healthgrades. I went for an exam and to do my annual bloodwork. I waited in the waiting room about 15 minutes then waited in the exam room for 1 hour and 20 minutes!!!! The doctor sent me for a full blood workup. The doctor did not give me the lab form I needed. His staff said I didn't need one...turned out I did. (Of course I did!) Went for my labwork and was called by dr.'s officesee to follow up on my results. I told the girl that I was not going to come

My insurance changed my primary so I had to go to a new doctors office. I had to make an appointment at short notice. How bad can it get? I was about to find out. Called and got a stand by appointment. Walked in and the girl at admissions was friendly, helpful and Had a sense of humor. She was not a robot. she was friendly. she wanted to help me. Next was the girl who called me to meet the doctor. She had a personality. Ok she was a beautiful red head but she smiled and actually made an effort to help me relax. Next was a friendly nurse. She too was not a robot and smiled and had a great personality

Can't give a negative rating. Agreed if you are Latino maybe they treat you better, as I cannot get a call back from anyone. I have a messed up lower back and finally got insurance. I asked for an MRI which was done, but never got a call back. They said they don't call back unless abnormal results are seen. As I have come to get use to the only person managing my health and pain is me. I got the MRI results myself, scholeosis, degenerative disc disease, arthritis, several herniations, and a hernia with a bulge and a disc fragment. Um that is not normal for a 30 year old. The doctor

Maybe they treat Latin people better as I was the only white person. I got my new Insurance (that I pay for) My primary care Physician was listed as Dr. Nunez. So I called to make an appt. Soma (the lady who answers the phone & makes appt's) was very friendly.
My reason for treatment were Prehyper tension & continuing pain in left foot from surgery. This is not a free clinic, & not a jail hospital. I have 4 pins in my left foot & it was not even examined! I was refused any pain medication! What is the reason for paying for medical insurance if your provider does not help
