UPDATE: Nothing has changed if anything its gotten worse. Like I said Dr.Brito is great but her staff is not at ALL. Especially when it comes to answering phones they will keep you on hold for up to an hour and then forward you to voicemail. I also work for an extremely busy doctors office and sometimes our patients have to wait but it would be unacceptable to have a patient wait for an hour and not answer after that. When you finally get someone on the phone they are useless and seem annoyed that you interrupted whatever it is they do. ONLY reason we go is for Dr. Brito herself. Once Dr.Brito

I have been a patient since I was a child, and they've always been amazing. The receptionist Lara V. was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Keep her! And my nurse Sonia G. was also compassionate, professional, and had amazing bedside manners. Dr. Brito helped me tremendously. They treat me like family.

Today I visited the office to get some needed papers. I was very impressed with Ms. Lara Velasquez customer skills. She was very kind and skillful in her approach. She was quick and effective in finding what I needed. She also has a sincere smile and a very respectful sense of humor.
She knows how to engaged in conversation and make patients welcome in the office.
I was thinking about leaving this doctor for good because the past medical assistant appeared unfriendly and seemed not to care for patients. She deserves an A plus in her interaction with patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Argentina Brito for many years and she truly delivers excellent patient care service. I always recommend her to my closest friends and colleagues. Her Medical Assistant, Tatiana, always goes above the call of duty as well. Her professionalism has always been exemplified by the compassion she has towards Dr. Brito's patients. On many occasions and any given day Tatiana has stopped what she is doing to assist with catering Dr. Brito's patients' needs and requests (i.e. faxing orders to my local pharmacy, etc.) 5 stars isn't enough to evaluate Brito Medical Center. This is our second visit to this office taking my dad to be seen. Appointment are well accommodating and nurse Nunez has been very patient and kind to my dad by listening to our concerns and making sure we are guided correctly. Her assistant has been super nice by also guiding us and making sure we have all documents ready for any upcoming appointments. Thanks Brito Medical Center for all of your medical services.
