My grandpa was at Glenview Terrace after he broke his hip. When he was first admitted, he was on the 1st floor and the staff was great. They were attentive, got him up and moving to the best of their ability, and we had no worries. He had to go to the hospital, and when he returned he was put on the 2nd floor (less than 1 week later). The staff upstairs acted like he had never been admitted there before, would not respond when he called for a nurse, broke his hearing aid the first night back, wouldn't empty his catheter bag unless I asked them to, wouldn't help him to the bathroom, let him soil

Thank you to the entire team at Glenview Terrance for their excellent care, support, kindness, and professionalism. My significant other was admitted to Glenview Terrace twice, the first time for sub-acute rehabilitation after a stroke and the second time for rehabilitation after complications from seizures. During his first stay, which was approximately eight months. He received excellent rehabilitation services from the therapy team. The nurses, doctors, and CNA staff were all very attentive and instrumental to his recovery. We were able to rest at night, knowing he was receiving quality care

I recently had a 2 week stay at Glenview Terrace. This was my first time at a rehab facility and I was very impressed. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was a great experience. I had some of the best therapists and thanks to them I am now home and doing great. I couldn't have done it without Glenview Terrace. Thank you!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT send your loved ones to this facility. The care was verging on criminal: call buttons that didn't work, heavy narcotics left on a nurses cart unattended, a nurse saying out loud "here comes trouble" as my husband approached the nurses station to track down pain meds that were 3 hours late. And so many more issues!
The only saving grace was the PT and OT staff. They were very good. The medical care was horrible!

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would happily do so. The negligence of this place is disgusting. Almost a month under this rehabs care where they constantly are changing covid restrictions and did not let us see him. Would not let us see him even for a courtesy check from across the hall!!!!!! DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. I BEG OF YOU.

One Star for the CNA, Admin, and Nursing Staff.
The second star is because the PT staff should not be associated with the rest.
Here's my review:
If you send a loved one to this "care facility", (which I officially do not recommend), be prepared to visit every day in order to make sure the abusive members of the staff are on their best behavior and treat people around them humanely.
I know, this is NOT something you should have to do.
However, it is what I had to do, and it garnered immediate results after an angry in-person conversation with the Nursing Supervisor on a Sunday

I arrived at Glenview Terrace for rehab about 3pm and left that day at 8:30pm. Here's why: 1) Staff did not respond in a timely manner to the call button. Fortunately my husband came to visit and took me to the bathroom. 2) The bathroom was dirty (raised toilet stained, a damp rag in the shower floor, toilet paper on floor, wastebasket not emptied). My roommate and I were admitted at about the same time, and I do not think she could have made all this mess. 3) There was no process for ordering meals from the menu and getting them. Staff is absolutely excellent ... facility needs a facelift!
My hub stayed at Glenview Terrace last month for a week of Rehab after a serious back surgery. Despite some of the reviews to the contrary, the nurses, Physician's Assistant, senior staff, PT, OT and CNAs at GT are absolutely great. He got excellent care ... and was routinely asked if they could do something more. He needed help in the middle of one of the nights there, and a nurse and then CNA came immediately to care for him - bit a moment of waiting. Only issue is the decor is a bit worn around the edges. My mother was recently admitted to Glenview Terrace for a pelvis fracture. She was unable to do anything by herself when she first arrived. The care she received was outstanding. Starting with management, Brad and Meredith were so helpful and accommodating. All the nurses, aides and therapists helped my mom recover and to be able to walk again by herself. I would like to send a special thanks to Starr Jane, Celia, Rosa, Katie and Elisabeth. Because of all you, my mom had a great recovery from her accident. Her room was very nice and clean. She also enjoyed the food. I would highly recommend Glenview

I, actually, planned to be in another facility for Hip Replacement rehabilitation and was pleasantly surprised with service, professional knowledge and overall service I got.
The team is kind, polite, with desire and ability to provide high level professional service 24/7 at any level starting from management.
They spent time to find an appropriate accommodation for me and I was pleased to see how it was done.
Physical Therapy program is very sufficient and Physical Therapist which provided service for me is amazing - knowledgeable, quick, polite, efficient.
I like food selection and quality

This is not a place to come for rehabilitation. They are slow to resolve problems. My sister was here for several weeks. The OT and PT was minimal. My sister required her legs be wrapped every morning. They kept forgetting despite many discussions with staff and administration. My sister had a roommate with dementia issues that kept her up for nights. It took three sleepless nights before they moved my sister. Care was not very good.

THE 5 STARS ARE FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY ONLY!!!
My Mother had Elisabeth. Very helpful, loving and sweet woman. My Mom has grown LEAPS AND BOUNDS since, she's been here. She had a Double Knee replacement and almost three weeks later she is borderline Cane ready! It's phenomenal.
As for the Nurses Aids, They are VERY Lazy. Not accommodating. They almost looked bothered when you call them in.
The "Concierage" is a JOKE. If you can find them....there's not much they can do about anything.
