There is nothing more frustrating than waking in the morning with a "crick" in your neck. Neck pain can be debilitating when left untreated. Whether you woke up with a sore neck, injured it in a motor vehicle accident, or over did it in the weekend football game it can be bothersome and can interfere with your quality of life.
Arthritis is a common variable as we age. With that said there are ways to prevent arthritic advancement and promote a healthy spine. The body needs motion to function properly. Undetected joint dysfunction (see joint dysfunction) causes instability in relationship to the joint above and below.

We have all had headaches in the past. Headaches that reoccur or become a daily nuisance should be evaluated thoroughly. Organic headaches (brain tumor, a brain aneurysm, hematoma, meningitis, brain abscess, brain infection, cerebral hemorrhage, or encephalitis) need to be ruled out to first and foremost, these conditions can be fatal when left untreated.
Low back pain can be caused by many things. It is important to isolate the source of pain, the duration, and the intensity of your symptoms. Most low back pain is triggered by some combination of overuse, muscle strain, and injury to the muscles, ligaments, and discs that support the spine. Over time muscle strain can lead to an overall imbalance in the spinal structure.

Because of the nature of my career ( Massage Therapist) Im blessed with over use injuries at times. Mostly epicondylitis on both sides of my elbow. ( tennis and golfers elbow). At times I’ve wondered if I could continue in this field. Dr Curtis however has changed most of that for me. If any of you have not tried Graston Technique for these types of tendinitis I implore you to consider it. Along with electro stim and ultrasound Im pain free. In the past I’ve had tendinitis of my wrist. Thanks to Dr. Curtis and his wonderful treatment I can continue to do what I love.

I have been a patient at Elite for few years now. I have been to a few therapy places over the years and none have left me as satisfied. When ever I have a problem and call Elite they usually fit me in that day. Curtis is the best he listens to me and works on the problem. Curtis really knows his stuff.

Dr. Owen is awesome. He listens to what you say about what issues you have going on. His approach to care isn’t a cookie cutter approach which makes him so great. Also, unlike a lot of chiropractor that must manipulate your spine and call it a day, he will show you rehab exercises to help you continue to improve so that you don’t have to continue to see him often. If you’ve ever heard the phrase a patient cured is a patient lost, well Dr. Owen is the opposite. He wants you to get healthy so that you’re not always in pain and agony.

I have been suffering from planters fasciitis for over 7 months. I am a runner so not to be able to run let alone walk was very disappointing. I luckily found Dr Curtis he is very knowledgeable to my injury he is very professional and after a month of treatment I am walking more normal and looking forward to running again.

My HS son injured his back during a wrestling tournament. Dr. Owen juggled his schedule to see my son same day. He was very professional, knowledgeable and knew exactly how to help my son. I'd definitely recommend Elite Total Rehab in the future. The staff was very friendly as well. Dr. Owen is the BEST!

Went to see Dr. Owen for lower back pain after exhausting other treatments and doctors were telling me that surgery was the only option. After just the first visit I felt much better and subsequent visits paid off just as much!
Super knowledgeable and professional! He walks and talks you through everything he is doing and why! A rare gem for sure! Everyone should make this primary spot for all things chiropractic and rehab related. I even bring my 15 year old gymnast here.

I've been going to Elite Total Rehab off-and-on for a few years now. I've been to a couple of chiropractors, but I really like going to Elite Total Rehab and Doctor Curtis because he is very knowledgeable and explains everything that he's doing and why. I've came here from a tight lower back and a bad left shoulder, and each time Dr. Curtis was nice, friendly, and professional.
What sets him apart from the couple of chiropractors I've been to is that he doesn't pressure me about my next appointment. I know this sounds small, but to me, that's a welcomed difference

When I go into get worked on I can count on Dr. Curtis and Maureen to get the trouble spots worked out . The place is very immaculate and that's the first thing I want to see walking into a health wellness center.
I count the days down to when I'm able to get in for a massage with Maureen. She knows where all my knots are and is able to alleviate the pain and bring me back to normal mobility.
I trust Dr Curtis s advice on problems I have and he shows me stretches I can do when I'm at home and he's able to work the kinks and knots out by adjustments. I highly recommend

Committed to getting you healthy Dr Owen is professional and approachable. Really listens to what’s wrong with you and applies his knowledge and experience to getting you right, excellent chiropractor. As far as the PT , he’s hands on making sure you get the most out of every session and don’t cheat yourself on the way to recovery. Maureen is the perfect compliment to Dr Owen ‘s treatment .There were times I walked in unable to turn my head or walking slumped over and left 100% I thought neck and back pain was just part of life after years of contact sports but realize now it doesn’t

Dealing with shoulder pain for over 8 months. Multiple visits to the Ortho, MRI's, Cortisone shots, and Physical Therapy did NOT solve any of my pain.
Curtis was able to relieve all pain in my shoulder within 3 weeks through both soft tissue and physical therapy. I have been to other chiro's before, none have been as effective as Curtis.
