Services
We offer natural nail and shellac manicures using OPI, Essie and CND Polish and shellac polish. Pedicure clients are advised to not shave their legs for at least 24 hrs prior to service. Please wear pants that do not taper from the knee to the ankle to fully enjoy your pedicure massage. Please bring sandals to wear out of the salon.
Our beauty advisors help choose the right skincare products and makeup for the client. We teach how to apply and the client the duplicates the effect on the other side of the face. It is a good opportunity to learn the new techniques with the help of a beauty advisor trained specially in Merle Norman products.
Step into our spa rooms, relax and let our estheticians guide you in your skin care experience. All treatments include a consultation to determine your skin care needs and desires. We offer several facial and body treatments to suit all skin types and needs. Our Facials and Advanced Skin Care Treatments help with acne-prone skin, anti-aging, uneven skin tone, and skin changes.
If you are considering a wig, we will help you make the right choice for your facial structure and skin tone. We also have a private room for trying on wigs. We want to make this experience a pleasurable one. You will be treated with kindness and compassion while going through this process. Styling and Shampoo included in purchase as a gift from us with every purchase of a wig you will receive wig shampoo, wig stand and brush.
Merle Norman has been formulating cosmetics for the last 85 years. Along with cosmetics, there is an extensive line of skincare products. These products provide the best quality for each customer. Merle Norman researches, manufactures, and packages all their own skincare and cosmetics. Merle Norman is a cruelty-free corporation as well as dermatologist and ophthalmologist tested.

Love the atmosphere of this salon. The salon was immaculate. They were so friendly and professional. The owner had gone beyond to accommodate me, by changing her schedule just so I would look my best on my special day. Also I wanted to give a thank you to the nail tech Ciara. She did an amazing job on my nails and brows. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone. I really can't say enough great things about this salon and the staff.

I have been going to LisaKen/Merle Norman for many, many years for services and products and am always so happy with the results! I use the salon for hair, skin care, tanning, nails, waxing, and eyelash extensions and credit Lisa and her staff with keeping me looking younger than I should! They are very professional and go above and beyond for you. I have difficult hair and am amazed at how beautiful Lisa makes it! I highly recommend this salon/spa for all your beauty needs!! I have been going to LisaKen/Merle Norman for many years and recommend this salon/spa to everyone I know! Lisa turned my hair from a curly frizzy mess into my most complimented asset! She and her staff are so professional, always run on time, and make me look 20 years younger! I love the skin care and makeup lines as well. Wouldn't recommend.
For several reasons, but foremost so you save your time and money.
I have made all of my concerns aware to the owner, Lisa, who does not seem to care. There are several issues: 1)The confirmation system they use for appointments, 2) the eyelash extension service 3) old makeup being sold and 4) accountability
1) I scheduled my hair appointment for my wedding day well in advance and received notification of the date and time. I confirmed this appointment using their system and received confirmation. Day of, I called to see if there was any possibility of having my bridesmaids

Absolutely looove this place, the atmosphere is fantastic and everyone there is nothing less then amazing and kind. Every one of them has their own perks and specialities but they always make you feel at home and you leave feeling amazing. Prices are the best around for the best service! I haven't trusted anyone to touch my hair besides Lisa in well over 10 years and I'll never go elsewhere!! You absolutely won't be disappointed!!!

I went in to get my hair colored by Aycan and I’m so happy with my results. She did a demineralizing treatment first to strip all the build up in my hair from water and product. It brightened the old bleach and made it super soft which was a great start. Then she started in with foils in the front to frame my face and then hand painted other sections in the back and on top and they blended effortlessly. I’m so surprised she managed to get this result after only one visit. I did come back in a week later to add a couple foils in front because she wasn’t completely happy with it yet. Aycan’s

Lisa and one of her stylists styled my bridesmaids' and my hair for my wedding! From my trial to the day of Lisa was professional, knowledgeable, timely, courteous, and she really listened to what I envisioned for my big day! Our hairstyles lasted from the morning well into the night and I love how my hair looked in all of my pictures! Thank you, again, Lisa!

I have been going to see Lisa at Merle Norman since I was in 8th grade. All of the staff really gets to know you and will work with your schedule. The pricing is not bad at all, and everyone who works there is passionate about their job. Like the other reviews on here, Lisa and her staff are always willing to go above and beyond for their clients.
They also sell wigs at their salon for those going through chemo, etc. The wigs come with a wig stand, a wig brush, and special shampoo and conditioner. Lisa also styles the wig upon request.I feel like this is extremely important- all women should feel

Also..Lisa (the owner) has a personal rule. When you get a pedicure, the file they use on the bottom of your foot? It only gets used for one person. She will never use the same foot file on another person.
She also gives out free samples/gifts from time to time and has special methods (just little ways of going the extra mile) to make sure your nails look great that much longer.
