This facility is pretty much a dumpster fire 🤷‍♀️. i’ve been “going” here for a little less than a year, and the care is horrendous. during my first ever appointment, my psychiatrist, Mercedes, didn’t even know my name. talk about a first impression! and she never took the time to correct it, either. whenever appointments came up, it was the same old same old, call me the wrong name and rush our time together. then out of nowhere, they assigned me a new psychiatrist with no explanation as to why. Levi was better! … until we (my parents and i) haven’t heard anything back in

Echoing what has already been said. Chose this place because of the good reviews but something must have happened in the past few months because I've been having the same problems everyone else has been. The person I was appointed contacted me 30 minutes late for the remote session and the next two appointments were rescheduled. I've also had a prescription not being sent out and my copay being alerted as unpaid even though I've already paid it. Also just like everyone else, they never pick up the phone.

We have been using this facility since end of April/early May, but have been seeing Dr. Deepa Hasija since September at another facility. Due to health insurance we had to switch to Satori Behavioral Health, If I was able to give this establishment zero stars I would. It is very sad that my child’s mental health stability and prescription refills are never taken seriously at Satori Behavioral Health.

Was scheduled to have an appointment that had even been confirmed by email. On the day of, the staff had no record of the scheduled appointment and blamed it on software replacement. Their way of rectifying the situation, was to offer appointment in which I did not have the schedule to accommodate. Genevieve has been a great provider, but the staff at this location is less than desired!

I'm really disappointed by the lack of communication I've been given with Dr. Hasija's staff. We has a follow up appointment set and I was sent an email stating it was canceled per my request, which I did not do. For the last couple of days I have been trying to reach the office with no return calls. It's frustrating because my daughter really needs help and we've been left out to dry.

Dr Hasija has been our Dr since we were fortunate enough to be our intake Dr for over a year now, we’ve had several different Drs over the years and she has figured out my son’s medication and taking a mental illness nightmare and has my son function awesome and getting better, she’s very professional and understanding we are extremely grateful for her and her staff would highly recommend her in my opinion she’s the best psychiatrist for my son, I’ve been to a few Drs throughout the year’s she’s the best Thank you Dr Hasija
