This is my doctor looking for help. Scheduled an in-person visit. She asked a billion question. I answered and she asked even more clarifying questions to really get a whole picture of what's happening. After that she provided me with a game plan for how we are going to work on improving my mental health. Overall here are the improvements from my last place.
**Clear and concise billing.
**Inquisitive doctor who wants to make the right recommendations.
**Informative doctor who took the time to make sure I understood the medicine and what it's supposed

I was scheduled to have my FIRST EVER psychiatry session with Sherrie Lucero. My appointment was set for 2pm and I had to make arrangements with my job to attend. I did not receive a Telehealth appointment invite until 2:20. When I told her I was upset about this happening, she didn't even apologize. How messed up right? Don't have appointments you can't keep on time. I will not be rescheduling, and I would still like an apology. So please Sherrie send me an email apologizing and do better for your future patients.

The girls who work the front desk are really kind. My NP was Ms. Videva, she's nice as well. However, as a black women... I am very weary of medical professionals. I saw Ms. Videva a handful of times. She sent me for blood test and scans. All of which came back normal, but I was not feeling well at all.

I even cried and asked if we can treat the symptoms of what we thought it was, and not the science...to which she responded, no and that everything I was feeling was "in my head and that I should get a therapist." Oh it get's better. Natalia even suggested that I see one of

Can I give 0 stars. My boyfriends son has been going for little over a month, the first appointment was typical, but after that the next two weeks they made our appointments and both weeks the appointment gets canceled. And then finally the 3rd week we go in and for an 8:30am appointment with the therapist, the therapist doesn't get there until 9am and takes my boyfriends son back for 10 MINUTES! And said they were done. Last time I checked sessions should be longer than 10 minutes, you can barely get a kids name in that time. And then finally on the 4th session we got our full time in, I

Dr.Maria is great but some of the front desk people could use some work on their professionalism. It shouldn't take almost a year to get diabetic supplies filled! you should also be able to get your blood work done without jumping thru hoops trying to get the form to give to the labs! they never answer the phones, and very seldom if ever return a call.

I was written a script by my psychiatrist and, as it was over the phone due to COVID-19, I was told to pick it up at the office the next day, which was a Friday. I got there around 10 AM, there were two cars in the lot. No one responded to my call, and the door was locked. After an hour, I gave up and drove away.

I had to spend the weekends sans prescription, which affected my efficiency and caused me to lose focus. On Monday morning, I was at the office before 9AM to try and pick up my script. After calling several times, leaving messages, and looking in the door, other cars began arriving

If there was an option for 0 stars I totally would. Tried to get help from them, they told me my copay would be 178.25!!! Got answer from my insurance same day- specialist visits are $60!! This place doesn't care about people evidently. So much for the field of medicine and helping people improve their lives.

I just recently started going here because I changed insurance. Chidiogo is AMAZING! She actually listens to all of my needs and is very knowledgeable and has recommended some really amazing changes that everyone has been noticing. As someone who suffers every day from a mental illness, it feels so good to have providers like Chidiogo who actually care about your wellbeing and that actually have the tools to help. The wait is never long. Everyone at the reception is extremely nice and efficient. Maria is excellent too. She helped me with a situation I had within 2 hours and literally saved my job

If there was an option to leave no stars I would! I've been calling since last week hoping to speak to live person and instead of a voicemail! Even when you leave a voicemail you don't get a call back! All I wanted was to make an appointment! But after all the hassle I went through just to try and speak to someone. I've decided I'll take my business else where! Since this office doesn't know how to answer the phones during their business hours! Horrible customer service!!

Good luck trying to get through on the phone. I've been calling for 2 days getting nothing but everyone's personal voicemail. Then you call and call and call and call and someone says they are closed on a Friday afternoon? I've been leaving voicemail after voicemail to simply confirm an appointment. It's absolutely absurd to try and get to talk to anyone here. I'm switching doctors based on this simple odd issue. WHAT DR OFFICE DOESN'T TAKE PHONE CALLS?!

Very pleased with the care I receive here. I see my PCP, Endo, and psych doctors here. Highly recommend.
