Office staff is terrible. My medication was sent to the wrong pharmacy two times, and I notified them of this. They were not quick or apologetic to get my medication sent to the correct place instead the office lady CHRISTIN said "well why don't you just pick up your medication from the place we sent it to" Well I'm not about to drive 30 minutes from my house to get a medication that can easily be sent to the right pharmacy if you did your job. Extremely rude and no apology until today when I called again because they sent my medication yet again to the wrong pharmacy. You guys

I made an appointment for my 6 yr old son. They knew my son was the one who needed the therapy. The therapist calls to do it via teledoc speaks to me for maybe 10 minutes. During the 10 minutes it's me explaining my concerns, nothing is being said by the therapist. For her to then say after I'm done explaining my issues, that they don't assist children 6 yrs of age. A month later I get a bill for 160.00. Yeah, they could of told me that BEFORE I even booked the appointment. No help, no assistance, no communication, terrible service for that reasoning. I wouldn't recommend this

I would NOT recommend this place. I had an appointment yesterday at 5PM. I didn't get the link to attend the meeting, called the office, said she's running late. As I am on the phone I get a spam call, left voicemail and check it. It's the dr, tried to call back and it's an administrative office for someplace else. Waiting 20 mins for her to call again. She denied prescribing anything for my depression and anxiety due to being pregnant. Told me to go to my ob/gyn, explained she wanted me to see psychiatrist due to past, still denied. Then asked for a refill on my ambien, advised

Wow!! What a wonderful team of professionals at this office - from Kristen the office manager to Dr. Sam Zand lead psychiatrist. Dr. Zand has an excellent bedside manner - VERY thorough and attentive. He seeks to meet and (tho not implied) exceed patient expectations. Two of my children, 11 and 19 both are patients at this office, and both feel comfortable and valued at this office and in their conversations with their psychiatric provider.
About maybe two weeks ago, I had an issue getting my son's RX filled due to a complication with his insurance. Kristen, the office manager, was ssooo helpful

Dr. Marie Stevens has truly been a blessing in disguise. She has helped me and my family overcome issues that we never saw an end to. I feel the genuine charisma when speaking with her and she always goes above and beyond to make sure we are all doing okay. Best experience I’ve ever had with a psych doctor.

I have been to a number of psychiatric offices and nothing has ever been nearly as phenomenal as the Calm Clinic! They have a helpful front-desk staff, a great program for peer support and I can rave all day about my AMAZING and talented psychiatrist, Samiyah Hoodbhoy. Mrs. Samiyah is very educated and worked hard to find the right medications for me (adjusting them when needed in a healthy and safe way). I had tried several different clinics prior to finding this one, and I could not be happier with the service I have gotten. My anxiety is the highest when changing doctors, and just picking up the phone to schedule an appointment was hard. The person on the other end of the phone was wonderful and helpful. I love being able to meet using telehealth and still get my needs met.

I've never experienced such a positive, effective, and caring group of providers treating anxiety and depression before in my life. None close. And I have dealt with many at this point. I have met with 3 providers over the time I've been with these guys and every single one has been amazing. Amaaazing. I spent a lot of time trying to find a solution like the Calm Clinic provides and I'm so glad I did.

I have been with Dr. Zand’s office for about a year now. I appreciate the way he and his associates help me when I’m in a bind. My life has stabilized and improved since I came to them. When I cannot see him, I see one of the physician assistants. They are all very good and professional. You guys rock!

Well i had an excellent experience with Calm clinic. They were kind from the moment i spoke with the receptionist. And was able to get a virtual appointment. With a wonderful woman named Erica M. Just imagine feeling the anxiety and dispare that one feels. And a kind voice is there to help. I mean listen and understand and be pro active. Im amazed how i was treated at Calm. In a word i feel Blessed. I was treated on 5/19 and its the next day and i already feel so much better. Thank you people at calm. And thanks to my provider.

i suffer from crippling anxuety he refused to help and offers therapy i explained i need to start new job and need to get ok n then im open to tgerapy
he is judgemental he treated me like i was asking for xanax and refused to prescribe it
are u ready for this??? he prescribed me 15 pills of clonozapam what on earth????
thats not even a month supply!!!!
he gladly took my $$$$ tho
do not go see him hes terrible

I was filled with anxiety to call. The first girl that called me, was really nice, and ran my insurance to make sure I was covered. Other places I've called, were quick to refer me elsewhere and I didn't really feel they cared.
They were able to schedule me last min due to a cancellation & thru video session. Scott Baxter was my physicians assistant, he made me feel comfortable to talk.
I really felt like they cared & wanted to help me.
