I've only been in this shop 3 times but I'll definitely be bacK! John and Sean helped me get some tires in very quickly and were very gracious about the install and checking the wheels to make sure they were true. After a 72 mi ride, the bike had some shifting issues and they were extremely methodical and effective at figuring out what the issues were and resolving them for a fair price. Competence and friendliness at a fair price is about all one can ask for these days and these folks have all of the above. I also met the owner who was very welcoming. I was in town seeing family and called the day before my trip to see if they had the bike I wanted in stock, not only was it in stock but they put it on hold for me for 24 hours.
When I got to the shop I was greeted right away they pulled the bike out got it all inspected and tightened up. We took it out behind the shop and I tested it out I was in and out in 20 minutes.
Super clean and they had sanitizer and masks on it was a very pleasant experience and if I need another bike I will definitely get it from this shop on my next trip out there.

I don't care for pushy sales people and was anxious about bike shopping. We ended up here, 3 hours from home, and had a great buying experience. So helpful with making me comfortable on the bike and with my purchase. All the custom adjustments made to my new bike were completed even faster than expected. A long drive well worth it for us.

It was my 1st time in this establishment. I needed an inner tube, and they made it happen with installation that put me back on the road. The price was very reasonable with great customer service. Sean was great and made me feel valued with quick and great customer service! I will definitely be back for any future bike needs.

We were in the market for a new mtn bike for our son since he grew 6" in a year but were having a hard time finding a quality one thanks to the Rona. We walked into Giant and John spent a great deal of time going over a few good options with my son. They were out of stock but were expecting a shipment the next week. The day they arrived John called us for my son to try it out. Once again John spent a great deal of time explaining how to customize the bikes features and get the most out of the bike. We highly recommend this small business.

Great guys at this shop. Very helpful and friendly. John was able to help me with my knee scooter until I'm able to get up and ride again. It was my only means of getting around and he dropped everything he was doing to help. Only place I will take my bike going forward. R.K. (The owner) introduced himself and was also very friendly. Wow, zero customer service skills from the owner! The website would have you believe that this is a friendly, welcoming bike store....couldn't be more wrong. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bike or accessories. You'd think that a small business would go out of their way to earn your business, not here. I would rather drive over the hill to buy a bicycle than ever walk back into this store. I wonder if this store is how all Giant bike stores operate? Guess I'll let corporate Giant know as well, maybe they care how potential customers are treated

I have used this bike shop for the past year and they have helped me from when I first walked in with a dream of joining the high-school mountain biking team through my first year of competitive racing. They fit me to a bike I have been very happy with without up selling me but still making sure I had quality parts. They have helped explain how my bike works and how to maintain it when I brought it in for service and the first year of labor after buying the bike was free. They are very nice and friendly and have a very clean and professional store.

This place is great, the staff is very laid back and easy to talk to. The prices are super fair and they don’t try to push you to buy expensive stuff when you need replacement parts or upgrades.This is the best bike shop in the area and I have and will continue to recommend it to other people for any thing bike maintenance.

I walked in with two flat tires (and come to find out a bent rim) on my DH bike and even though they were already busy they got Sean got right to work on my bike. He educated me since Im new to mountain biking and gave me a tubeless setup. The service was amazing and all the guys there were really nice and helpful.
It's a really comfortable and inviting shop, can't recommend it enough if your looking for a bike shop with quality people that have a good work ethic.

My husband has been doing research on bikes now for a couple months and when he found out there was a giant store down the street from our house he decided to check it out. Sean has been helping him the entire time and helped him find the bike he has been wanting. Sean was patient, helpful, and had great knowledge about the bike my husband wanted. I had a flat and this was the closes cycling store from where I had the puncture (and the only one open (it was after 6pm.)) I had my reservations, but glad I came here. My bike is a '70 nishiki competition road bike.
The store is clean and looks professional. That doesn't matter that much to me, but it's hard to miss when you come here.
The staff is wonderful and tries their best to work with you and help you. When you walk in the store all the new bikes have fat tires that they are selling. My bike is supposed to have 27 by 1-1/4 inch tires, but it's common knowledge that 700mm (622mm) also

Amazing service by Alex and Jim, in particular. These guys love bikes and are passionate about empowering others to maximize their use and joy of bikes. I just ordered my new mountain bike. I've been debating this since my Trek tried to kill me in October. It should arrive on Wednesday. After riding Treks since I was 14, I'm so excited to give Giant Bikes a try! Sean at my locally owned Giant dealer was AWESOME. I feel wonderful to be doing business with people like him. Buy (with cash if possible) from small businesses and fund OUR community directly. If all works out, my kids next bikes will be Giant Bikes.

Located in the old scolari's strip mall on disc dr , there is plenty of parking.
They carry Giant brand bikes, road bikes, mtn bikes and kids bikes.
They have a good selection of bikes as well as parts.
They have a full service repair shop, from flat repair to full blown tune up.
I brought my recumbent in because i was slowly losing air in the back tire , and i could not find the leak.
They diagnosed it as a leaky valve , fixed it and did not even charge me. Pretty cool.
