Chehalem Valley Dance Academy is committed to providing high quality dance training in an inclusive and family friendly environment. At CVDA, our motto is dance skills are life skills. We inspire, empower, and educate our students to become great dancers but also to be conscious, compassionate, and happy contributing community members.
We offer classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Hip Hop for ages 3 and up. Our programs focus on developing life skills as well as dance skills for the recreational or pre-professional dancer. We employ the most qualified instructors that share the same pillars of leadership and expertise in their field.

Services
The best way to contact us is through email, as we run virtual office hours as well as in person. Office@iheartcvda.com is the fastest way to get a response!. There is a 3 day grace period and then a $15 late fee will be assessed. Dancers who miss any of their regularly scheduled classes can take a make-up class in the same style of dance, in any level at or below their placement; with instructor permission they may take a level above within 30 days of the absence.
This class is designed for our youngest dancers who want to express their independence without the assistance of mom or dad. Dancers will have fun learning movement to popular children's music through singing and movement games. Props such as, hula-hoops, scarfs and bean bags are used to enhance the learning experience.
All of us at Chehalem Valley Dance Academy - staff past and present - are proud of the dancers that have passed through our doors and danced on our floors. We truly believe that dance skills are life skills and the Alumni of CVDA prove that. Whether you become a professional dancer, take dance class, or never dance again, your time spent at CVDA will have a great impact on your life.

Dance skills are life skills”! We have been a part of the CVDA dance family for 5 years. We chose this for our daughter over school sports and we have no regrets. The teachers are well trained, attentive, kind, and positive. Our daughter has excelled in many areas in and outside of dance. This is largely a result of the opportunities she has had and the amazing role models (teachers and staff) at CVDA. Dance skills really are life skills.

This place is amazing! Every time I pick my daughter up she always screams "I want to go again, it's so much fun mommy!" Whenever I have a question it gets answered so fast and the info is always so helpful, the instructors are so friendly, and I know my children are safe here! Thank you CVDA!!!

I absolutely love everything about CVDA Mac. My daughter has been been attending CVDA for 2 years now. She enjoys going in person and dancing with “friends”. I would recommend CVDA for new and experienced dancers. I will keep my daughter in dance because the skills they teach her are amazing! The instructors are super awesome and fun!

WOW! If your looking for an amazing dance studio, I definitely recommend CVDA! All of the great instructors care 100% about you and your future! They make you work hard and improve skills in a healthy way. They are not only trying to improve the dancers, but as well themselves. Kristen Stoller is a fantastic manager and has definitely made a huge impact on every single dancer! I was so sad to leave the studio due to moving and have not found a studio that has felt more like a family than CVDA!

We so far have love Love LOVED cvda! Have completed creative movement and have moved on up to jazz/tap/ballet! So far each class has been perfect for the ages and teachers are AWESOME! They connect well with the kiddos and make each class fun and exciting! Can’t wait to forever be apart of the CVDA family for years to come!

Impossible to get ahold of them. I wanted to sign my daughter up for a class that started yesterday. I sent two emails, called twice during their listed business hours only to get a voicemail that said to text them. Sent a text. 5 days later, still no response from them at all. Maybe they just don't want new students, but an email explaining that would've been nice. My daughter was excited about taking a class. Now she is just disappointed and we will have to look elsewhere.

Made a special trip from Florida to see Kristen's CVDA Nutcracker performance. The entire production was wonderful and so professional. The fact that she provides this opportunity for the community and then gives back the proceeds to charity is priceless! So happy to have been there to see the show and our west coast family!
