Unless your vehicle requires premium gasoline, filling up your car with high-octane gas is a waste of money. The premium gas doesn't boost your gas mileage or performance. If you're not sure what grade works best for your vehicle, your owner's manual will tell you. You can also ask your mechanic what grade to use.

Great shop that won't talk you into unnecessary work. I had a hard time finding a shop that would work on my 1990 F150, and this place took an interest in my vehicle and took the time to answer all of my questions. This was my first visit. My mechanic of 20 years retired and a friend recommended that I try Northrich Automotive.

Every single woman needs an amazing hair stylist, reliable handyman, and a trusted auto shop. When my son’s car completely died on Christmas Day, Rochelle and her team were there for us. Rocky and Alex kept us updated throughout the entire process, and there were no surprises along the way. We are so grateful for the work done to get my son safely back on the road. I've been taking my vehicles here for the last two years, since it is right next to my work. I have had nothing but good experiences and feel confident when I take my vehicles to them, that they will be honest about the work that needs to be done. They have worked on all 3 of my vehicles and done a wide range of work on them. They will let you know what needs to be done and what should be done, but they've never been pushy or tried to oversell unecessary work. The work they have done has been quality and I will continue to take all of my vehicles to their shop. The staff is very nice as well.

If you are looking for a professional, reliable and honest service, Northrich Automotive is the place to go! I took my 2015 Highlander for a body work and maintenance. They did an excellent job fixing a bad scratch on the passenger door. Communication was great and very professional. The job was completed in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with the service! I always take my car to Northrich whenever I need anything done to it. I can always trust that if I need multiple things done they will tell me which are the top priority & which I can wait on a bit for in order to save me some money. The owner Rochelle really gets to know & take care of her customers. One time during the height of the pandemic I took my car in for new brakes & new tires & since it was taking longer than expected Rochelle personally gave me & another customer a ride home so we didn't have to wait up there longer. My whole family takes their cars here & they always help us get fixed

The team here at Northrich is a family and never tries to take advantage of their customer’s. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never been disappointed with a single visit. The passion and expertise is top notch. They recently have been under attack by a hacker leaving tons of fake reviews, and for a small family owned business, that is just the lowest of the low. Nothing but 5 stars from me.

I have a Mercedes CLA250, and it’s hard to find a trusted dealer to service a foreign car without the high prices that Mercedes’ dealerships offer. But Northrich Automotive has done a fantastic job for each of my car services. Matthew is very knowledgeable and always makes me feel confident they will take care of my car. This was my first time using Northrich Automotive and they exceeded my expectations! My Nissan Altima broke down on my way to work, and they were able to dispatch a tow truck very quickly. Matthew called me regularly with updates on the diagnosis and status of repairs. When I made a comment about rental cars being unavailable in the area, he offered me a loaner vehicle at no charge. I had a rebuilt transmission shipped across the country and installed by another shop for my VW Eurovan. When issues immediately arose, I was kind of stuck, as no other local shop would touch it and I wasn't getting much support from the transmission builder. Northrich was able to diagnose and fix my problem when others could not. Highly recommend.

I've been looking for a local repair shop for four years, and I'm so glad I finally found this hidden gem!
A day before needing to leave town, our only car was smelling like burned plastic. It turned out to be a plastic bag we ran over and had melted to the bottom of the engine, but Northrich didn't make us feel like idiots for bringing it in anyway. In fact, they told us some necessary changes that could've cost a lot if they got worse, but didn't pull the wool over our eyes on some things that weren't a priority to get fixed.

These guys are fantastic!! Rescue Air Heating and Cooling has been using Northrich for a few months now and its so nice to have someone we can trust and get consistently solid work from.

My family takes our vehicles to Northrich for our maintenance and any repairs. Rochelle and her staff always take great care of us and give a 5 star experience. They have free Wi-Fi and a Keurig coffee maker to make your wait more pleasant. I would recommend you give them a call the next time you have a need.

I am a repeat customer! Northrich Automotive is the only place I would ever trust to work on my car. Being a woman I always feel uncomfortable taking my car in for service due to the fact i feel like i get taken advantage of. I have never once felt like that here. I have a family with 5 vechicles, anytime we have any need for mechanical work we always bring them to Northrich Automotive. They are honest, fair priced, and do exceptional work. My son took his car to another auto shop and was quoted over 1000$ worth of work. I told him that we should take it to Northrich for a second opinion. They let us know that the other place was simply trying to take advantage of people that don't know cars, and all that was wrong was he was low on break fluid. If you are looking for somewhere that will shoot you straight and stand by their work, look no further.

Man I really wanted to like these guys!!!! When I first took my car to them I was told that I had to pay $800 something for wiring and new brakes n a tuneup. I paid. The second time I was told around the same price for a map sensor and tire rod,when i got the receipt i did some research and found out they triple charged me for parts and didn't do a good job at fixing the problem. I've learned my lesson with these guys, never again will I take my car to them. The last time I did I actually had my car towed away from them to another shop. On a good note they have really great customer service
