I moved here in March 2021 and so far have only had positive experiences with the leasing office and grounds maintenance team. I haven't had any pest issues or noise issues and feel very safe and able to enjoy my outdoor patio and my indoor living space. Plus the pool is huge and well maintained and there is always a laundry machine open any time of day I need to access them. Safe and affordable place to live in a great location!

Lived here for years and love it. Management has gone through some great changes; Ana and the maintenance crew are top notch, friendly and focused on helping their residents. Over the years, I’ve experienced very minor issues, but they have always been addressed promptly and professionally by the maintenance and leasing staff. I highly recommend living here for those who are interested in a safe community at an affordable price.

I lived here a year and a half and honestly it was a nice place to live. Cute townhome and close to everything I needed. I’m giving it a poor review because it’s not worth the outrageous fees they charge after you move out. They wouldn’t let us walk with them to see the damages, just sent a few photos and weren’t helpful when I called. This place is fine if you never need management (they’ll never come fix something and they’re never useful when you call). Very disappointed in their customer service, I wish it could’ve worked out better.

The positive reviews posted here in the past 3 months have all been posted by the new community manager. check the accounts right now. The 5 star reviewers only reviewed the bluffs and all posted within a very short time window. The new community manager has unfavorable business practices and cant even be bothered to make accounts that aren't obviously shills. Old management was much better.
