From the start this place has impressed all of us! Amazing positive position with all that attend. The personalized experience they receive on so many levels from the instructors is something that sets them apart from most. Karate is more than actions it's the core of an individual as well and instilling great moral basis, respect for yourself and others!

Mr. Adams will be testing for his 3rd degree black belt in May of 2019.

I absolutely love it here, and so do my children! Lessons are the highlight of their busy week, and my son has really blossomed into a better version of himself since starting here. The staff is always incredibly respectful and kind, and they're willing to work with any issue from my end. They have always made us feel welcome.
Good customer service and professionalism are priceless, and on top of that, they're amazing teachers. The facilities are always clean, and they've kept up with all the recent covid restrictions. I highly recommend choosing Way of Life if you're interested in martial arts

Our son has gone twice now, and LOVES it. I've not seen him so engaged and interested in any other activity. Zach (the owner) has an extremely engaging and friendly personality, with an abundance of passion for what he does, and these were both plainly evident when I hung out to observe my son's first "real" class.
I know nothing about martial arts, but I know I like what I saw from the facility, the staff, and the response from our son, so I'm supremely impressed thus far!

Our son has tried nearly every sport and has never been more focused while interacting with coaches/instructors than he has with Zach (owner) and staff. The classes are a great workout but just as important Zach engages directly with students, encouraging and refocusing students when necessary. I've been blown away by what I consider the best instructional/sporting atmosphere in Brighton.
