Worst place ever!!!!! Do not bother wasting your time here!!!! Never showed up for my sisters wedding!!! I went to their business a 2 days before to make sure they would deliver and business was closed!!! I called 1 day before multiple times left various messages no one bothered to call me back! I called day of wedding at 8am and they did answer and they told me checking on delivery! Never to hear from them again!!! What a disappointment from a business!!!!

Extremely unprofessional company. They first Provided a quote over the phone for $200 for a dance floor. Waited a week for an invoice. The called again twice still had not received the invoice. Then emailed for invoice. They finally sent an invoice which was now 285. Then adjusted it to 265. Then changed it again to 400 since the location had another event during the weekend even though the drop off time were still the same. Definitely avoid this company.

I wonder what the cost is to rent this place. The price would definitely determine my judgment to rent this place. From the inside it's not too bad. My concern is the outside. The homemade public restrooms outside of the tent are clean and decent but feel a little awkward. There seems to be enough parking space but my other concern is that it's all dirt. Again the price and the event type would definitely determine my decision.

Wendy is so wonderful. It was like meeting an old friend. Ordering was easy. I did it in person, took 3 minutes in and out. Pick up, easy . Drop off easy. Quick . Strong tables and chairs. Clean. Cruise Party Rentals were perfect. They had exactly what we needed, no fuss. They dropped off exactly on time, and picked up exactly on time - without bothering the bridal party too much with questions. They were fast and sly! Very nice people working for this company who will accommodate your timeframe and location. My wedding was on top of Palomar Mountain - a bit of a drive, especially in a party rental truck - and they had no problems with that whatsoever. We had a great experience with Cruise Party Rentals for our wedding on Mount Palomar on 7/15. I started working with Wendy just a few months before our ceremony after they were recommended to us by the lodge we were renting for our event. It was such a relief to find a company willing to deliver and set up on top of Mount Palomar with a very reasonable delivery fee. The drive is quite a trek and quotes from other companies were more than 4 times the delivery fee they quoted us.

WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!I have never in my life dealt with such pure incompetence and lack of customer care in my life. I requested a quote from them 2 months before my event, and got it 1 week before the event. I had probably 6 to 7 emails that were unanswered, countless phone calls not returned, and several occasions where the phone was just not picked up during business hours.
Secondly but the BIGGEST problem I had: we had rented wine glasses and water goblets. They delivered them in home-depot cardboard boxes cut out and Jerry-rigged with duct tape as the glass racks.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY EVENT! Wendy does not seem to enjoy responding to emails or phone calls. Nothing was done in a timely manner. Clear health code violations, only three dish racks for 120+ people, told to use cardboard boxes. Did not reach a single delivery time on schedule. When questioned, Wendy just loved to explain (in a condescending tone) her "20 years of business" far exceeded any schooling and years of experience I have. Never dealt with such an unprofessional business in all my years, no idea how they are still in operation. One star does not do the justice deserved

We had Cruise Party Rentals for our wedding on 3/18/2017 and it was extremely pleasant :) Thank you guys so much for helping us figure it all out! All of the chairs and tables and table cloths were in perfect condition and we had no mechanical errors! The pick up and drop off were both easy and the awesome staff did all the work! I talked to them a bit directing where the dance floor and flood light were to go and they were super cool friendly people just willing to help us figure out the space. Would recommend to a friend 101%, thank you guys so much. Wendy was our point of contact and helped

When I found out my son was getting married and we were going to need some rental equipment I did what you're doing - went on yelp to start looking for the best vendor with the best reviews. And I also did what you're probably doing - noticing the not so nice reviews for this vendor. And perhaps you're about to do what I did too - shy away from using them.
I'm here to tell you the negative reviews for this vendor does not depict an accurate picture. After reading the reviews I went to another party rental company in town. Unfortunately they couldn't pick up their supplies

I used Cruise Party Rentals twice before and no problems. Was actually happy to find a company that was reliable and on time. However, on 9/23/16, i had an event scheduled and earlier that week I have squared it away with Wendy. I called 45mins after we were supposed to set up and all I got was "let me check on the status of the trucks and will call you back." I never received a call back and was stuck at the last minute looking for another place to rent tables. Fortunately, another local company was available and we picked up the tables. I have been using these folks for several years now and every time I experience the best service. They are prompt, efficient and most of all courteous. Thanks to Wendy who runs the show. Party tables and chairs for an outdoor affair? No problem. Chairs for a sit down dinner affair? No problem!
