RUDE-I tried calling for a quote and was disconnected my first attempt. The second time I called, the owner answered annoyed and said "oh my god 911?" I replied saying I was calling for a quote and was told in a frustrated tone that he closed his business and was on vacation. I would suggest the owner either make a note on his website, don't answer calls from unknown numbers and have a voicemail box saying you are closed or have a little more patience when a potential new customer does call. I'm not aware of your travel schedule sir.

We planned a party. I spoke with him he asked me to fill out the quote form. Then called and said he couldn’t find my address and wanted to confirm the times. Which we did.... I text him When he was supposed to show up and he just decided to cancel the entire thing rather than asking for my address again.
So unprofessional I asked if he could bring it later and he said he was going to be late dropping other Jumpy’s off

So rude and belligerent! Blocked in event participants while taking his time loading. Defensive and argumentative with senior citizen who asked him to move. Said he didn't care if he got bad reviews. With so many party rentals to choose from, why deal with a bully? I would never trust this company to handle my event. Who knows what he will say to your guests, or to you, if you have an issue. Choose a professional company!
