We used this company for our daughter's baby shower. Delivery of the tables, chairs and canopy was scheduled for 10:00 AM. The shower started at 11:30 AM. The delivery was late, arrival at 11:20 with one guy. My guests helped with set up. Need I say more! I was crushed but had to shake it off quickly since the party started immediately!

We needed tables & chairs to host Thanksgiving for 20 guests. Stillwater was great! They were very polite, easy to book/work with and pricing was fair. They delivered the day before our event & picked up the day after, at the times they said they would. We will definitely use them for any future events.

I would have loved to use them for an event that I have coming up, but they sent me an automated email giving me a quote and telling me they would contact me shortly for confirmation, but I never heard back. I tried emailing them and calling them multiple times (leaving voicemails) with no response. Please work on your communication if you want more customers and positive reviews. Otherwise, they had really fair prices, I wish it would have worked out.

Exceptional experience using Stillwater Event and Party Rentals for a going away party we had for 50 people last weekend. We rented 5 rounds with 8 chairs each to seat 40. Delivery and pick up was on time and tables and chairs were in great condition. August, the owner, delivered them and picked them up, personally. He was fantastic! Definitely a 5 star experience!

Stillwater rentals couldn't have been more perfect for our special wedding day. They are kind, genuine, timely, and very well priced! Our COVID backyard wedding was complete with the clean white chairs, rectangle tables, round tables, and belly bars. Linens were also clean and nicely pressed.
Stillwater was organized, down-to-earth, and a just an overall great local company. They're website is easy to use, easy to rent, and they called within minutes of my online rental submission. They had everything and more when it came to tables, chairs, and linens.

This is our third third time using Stillwater and they're our go-to for rentals. The team is easy to work with, quick to respond, and they accommodated our last minute changes/requests. We needed to shift our scheduled delivery time on delivery day and they were able to make that happen, too. Highly recommend. PS. Super reasonable pricing, too.

Stillwater event was the absolute most amazing to work with. They made it so easy to place the order for our chairs, prompt delivery and pick up from our location, and they even provided a tent because the weather forecast said rain. It was so generous and thoughtful, helpful and made it such an easy part of our Covid year wedding. 10/10 would use again and recommend! Thank you guys!!
