Back in 2006, we started with a few chairs and tables providing excellent customer service. When it comes to renting tents, canopies, furniture and equipment for weddings and other functions, Anar Party Rental is the first choice for most people. We are the most reliable and affordable party rental service provider in Lake Forest and Vista, CA. We also take care of serving and catering arrangements at parties.
Balance will be charged the day before delivery or self pick up. For any cash or check payments, please submit in person when order is placed, credit/debit card information is still required for security purposes. Anar Party Rentals provides a 2 hour arrival window for all deliveries and pickups. Delivery window is given the day before and it's setup by our warehouse manager.

I initially hired APR for my wedding rentals, knowing they have beautiful and affordable items. Nayelli was very helpful and worked with me within my budget to make sure I had all my "must haves" and even some "nice to haves" as well. I'm a planner (and maybe a little Type-A) but Nayelli was on top of everything and even suggested a caterer and bartender, both of whom I ended up booking.
Then COVID.
I refused to postpone my wedding, knowing that literally no one knows how long this social distancing thing is going to go on for. And Nayelli kept up. We kept

We had a great experience with Anar Party Rentals for our wedding reception in San Diego. Communication with Nelly was quick and easy - she always responded timely and with details about all the rental equipment. This was very important for us because we were on the east coast trying to plan a reception across the country, so all communication was done via e-mail/phone. She was very friendly to work with and everything turned out great! On the reception day, I noticed the curtain decor was just barely uneven and when I mentioned it to Nelly, she sent her crew back immediately to make it just perfect

I had a lovely time working with Anar Party Rentals to organize a small work event. Nelly was very responsive and patient and extremely accommodating even after a couple of last minute changes and requests due to unexpected rain. We rent everything our clients need for their events from Anar Party Rentals. Nelly and her team have great and fast communication even when we are constantly updating and often changing orders. The prices are great and everything arrives early to give us time to set up. Drop off and pick up is always smooth, stress free and professional. I couldn't be happier with the people at Anar Rentals and the service they provided me for a recent party I had. I was a little bit anxious because I wanted everything to be perfect and I had called and/or e-mailed my concerns to Nelly at Anars a few times regarding the time, who, when and adding more items and always received a pleasant, professional and reassuring response. No run around, no excuses, they do what they say their going to do and with smiles on all their faces. (delivery and pick up guys) polite too! We use Anar Party Rentals for all our company functions.
We scheduled our Christmas luncheon and the tables, chairs and linens were delivered the afternoon before, exactly as ordered/promised.
And then the Fallbrook/Bonsall fire happened. We had employees stuck in the area and unable to get in or out, so the decision was made to cancel the party, and try to reschedule at a later date.
Anar said no problem! Seriously, no problem.

My mother-in-law and I were in constant contact with Nelly while planning my wedding in Vista. She was extremely helpful and patient when dealing with our constant changes to our contract. She answered all of our questions and gave me phone call updates about delivery times, which put me at ease. Anar worked great with my day of coordinator and set everything up just as she had organized. Our rental process went off without a hitch and the items were great quality. I worked with Ileana for my wedding a couple of weeks ago. We got the round tables that fit 8-10 people, the plastic folding chairs (white), a light I didn't end up using, and a jumper with the generator.
Because Anar Party Rentals worked with our venue (Campbell Creek Ranch) frequently before, they gave us a discount and also spoke with the owners of the ranch directly to get permission to set up early. Ileana was also very accommodating when it came to the changes I needed last minute.
I was there for the set-up the day prior and worked with Jared. Poor Jared, I'm sure in his experience

Seamless process for my destination wedding out of state. Everything was done online and over phone and email. They were very professional and very quick to respond to my emails for any questions I had. They delivered exactly what I expected on time with no problems. Beautiful set up. Great crew! During our event set up I discovered we were shorted 10 napkins (even though they had marked the saran wrap with the number we required).
I understand that people make mistakes, and luckily I had taken some paper napkins with me. The thing that really upset me was that when I spoke with one of their employees about it she made no effort to apologize for their miscount or my upset. To me, that is a huge mistake on the part of a business. If you build "rapport" with customers, you are usually forgiven your mistakes. Because of her attitude, I will NOT being doing business with them

I used Anar Party Rentals for my wedding last weekend. We had rented chairs, aisle runner and chuppah for the ceremony site in La Jolla, and tables, chairs, and linens for the reception at our home.
The quotes were around the same prices as other companies, I selected them because they offered chuppahs to rent. They were professional when I placed the order and when I adjusted the order last month to add more chairs.

Well after reading all the reviews I'm glad I didn't use them. I called for a quote and the lady on the phone insisted I get some canopies bigger than the 6 different rental companies I have already called. I needed enough tables and chairs to sit 100 guests and a canopy big enough to have half the guests in the canopy as there is an indoor section at the venue. The girl insisted I get a canopy for all tables after I explained I only needed for half. I asked about the $90 for $200 deal and she just blew it off numerous times. Thought I was getting a great deal on yelp. Received the 40 chairs and 9 tables in ok shape. a lot of the chairs were dirty ( bummer ) but didn't think it was worth complaining. 2 days after pick up I receive an email claiming there was a damaged lid. Irony of it was we never used the lid to the chaffing dish and they forgot to pick up the actual dish which the email never mentioned.
I thought they made an honest mistake and called right away to assure them it wasn't part of our order. Alerted them to the fact that the men who picked up the order did a thorough check of all the items
