The Law Offices of Pamela P. Little, PLLC opened in Keene, New Hampshire in 2011. Prior to that, Pamela worked as an attorney with Connolly Law Offices in New London, New Hampshire, and with Baldwin & Callen, in Concord, New Hampshire. Pam is a graduate of University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center), and was also a visiting student at Vermont Law School.
Our team can assist you with all of your estate planning goals, whether the goal is a simple will and powers or attorney or a complex trust. We have worked with young families who may be concerned with nominating guardians of minor children, older folks that want to update or create an overall estate plan, and elderly clients that have the goal of making the process easier on their family members in the event of disability or death.
There are many reasons to have an estate plan in place, or to update an existing estate plan. Five simple reasons are: Avoiding Probate, Avoiding Difficulties, Changes in Circumstances, Protecting beneficiaries and Reducing estate taxes. They got the job done, but it was far more expensive than quoted, and they failed to communicate with me in advance when the paralegal who was handling my case took an extended (and planned) leave of absence. This is the 4th law firm I've worked with in my life, and i never felt nickled and dimed like I did with them. Unfortunately they really lived up to the bad reputation lawyers have. I would not recommend.

Attorney Little is a compassionate caring legal professional. She communicated all essential matters when our family set up our wills and family trust. Most estate attorneys give clients a gigantic book of pages stuffed with confusion and excessive language that most people don't understand. Her process is easy to understand. She and her team are great! I highly recommend her.
