The apartment building is very clean and well kept, the building security that sits up front is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff takes pride in their work and act very fast at tending to your problems when they arise! Would definitely recommend this building to my friends and family for rentals!

Extremely poor management. The hallway that tenants are using every day are in the very insecure form and shape for 2 months now, wires are hanging from every where, with the water leaking! However, the money, time, and resource are allocated for so-called repair (read it over remodeling!) over and over and making lots of noise for tenants during weekends and weekdays without considering that people are working from home or just wants to have peace in their apartment unit. Their puerility is everything other that what it should be!

They are getting far more involved in your personal life than they are allowed or invited and pretend as it is a normal way! NO IT IS NOT NORML, and they would better collect their rent and take their own business. Also they kept some units empty or even used by irregular tenants to make problems for neighboring units!

The window leaking water all the time and a month passed away since they promised to repair it. The rain flows all over the room and wet the carpets. It’s really dangerous since it can reach the charger. No one cares about it. So sad, I will never live here again. So wet in the room. I have to buy a dehumidifiers and it’s full once a week…

My wife and I have been living here for two years. We have had an amazing experience. It feels like we are on a never ending vacation. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing. If you're an outdoors person, this definitely the place for you. You are practically living in the park and the D&R trail is across the parking lot. The staff is so friendly. I highly recommend giving this place a shot.

There are many issues with this complex, it used to be managed in a solid way. However, it has been a while that it seems things go in every direction other that what it used to be. I have had neighbors recently that caused all types of troubles but seems they have noticed their bullying behavior is permitted they continue their behaviors. Balconies are separated by some plastic sheets and some of them lean all heavy stuff there instead of secure them causing breakage of the partition which is neither look good nor is safe. The other ones make horrible noises exactly between 2-4 am for over a year
