Overall the Gold Tec Lite rack made of light weight alloy aluminum is very strong and sturdy when mounted securely to the bicycle. The price is great at $30, and it also looks pretty good with its slightly curvy retro design. With a few simple adjustment points, installation hardware included, and simple easy to read instructions, installation is very easy and only takes about 10 minutes with an allen pack to get the rack mounted.

I found the owner to be a easy to talk to. He told us what he could do on a new bike. We came back 2 days later to pick it up, and he delivered. He tricked it out to my daughters requests with colored pedals and valve stem caps. He didn’t try to sell me any of the extras and he didn’t go over our heads with technical jargon. Happy to give my all of my business to the small town bike shop from now on.

Just picked up my Cannondale that was in need of brake pads, chain, and wheel true, plus I bought a new saddle. Eric went above and beyond and all looks good, he did something else that was needed, bike is old 1996 but still in decent shape. Still need a couple things but waiting for parts to arrive. Will go back for sure.

I called the owner of the shop today after looking all over the area the past few days for a bike and today he got my exact size delivered, exactly what I was looking for in a hybrid, and best of all . . . it was a Marin! Eric knows everything there is to know about bikes and is passionate about it. I was so happy to find what I was looking for and was able to give business to a local shop, and not a giant commercial shop. I will always be coming back for my biking needs. Best bike mechanic I've ever come across. He just rebuilt my 97 Trek 7000 and it's running nice and smooth. New handle bars, all wires breaks and gears plus the main housing that connects the two cranks. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and he likes what he does. He's definitely got skill.

I think they're prejudiced I don't think they like Hispanics or blacks I went in there on Saturday the inner tube only lasted about four hours and started leaking air I went back Monday to see if I can get a new one he refused to change it because I gave him a bad review I went home to change to get change the inner tube myself and found that he… had put a patch on it instead of giving me a brand new one so I threw the old one out and went and bought a brand new one and did it myself how petty is that he talked to us like a 🐕..im an old guy didn't want to deal with some punk owner

Bought a brand new bike at Dicks, first time riding it almost got killed because handlebar stem wasn't tightened and brakes were not adjusted properly. It was dangerous to say the least. Instead of bringing it back to Dicks, I brought it to Eric, a REAL bike mechanic, he sorted out the problems and made my ride enjoyable and most importantly, SAFE!
In my opinion, first try to buy a bike at his shop but if you buy a bike at a big box store for safety's sake have Eric check it over. Well worth the small investment. Thank you Eric!
