There is no appointment required on TUESDAY'S ONLY to come into the store, however no test rides are permitted on Tuesday's. See our e-bikes, ask any questions, and yes you can purchase an e-bike and if it is available on the showroom floor and not a demo, you can take one home the same day! Note: There is Limited store capacity so you may be asked to wait outside while other customers are inside.
With electric assist, rough terrain is no longer an issue; hills are simply 'flattened out'. E-Bike commuters can easily climb hills, or handle longer commutes, without wearing down before work. Then do the real 'workout' on the way back home! Pulling a bike trailer for groceries, errands, or a tot carrying trailer becomes a cinch with your e-Bike!
I was looking for an e-bike for me after I discovered the fun and ease an e-bike offered. We live in downtown Chicago where there are proliferation of bike stores offering some e-bikes. However, none of them carry e-bikes exclusively, and each has a limited number of them with prices in the atmosphere.

I was looking to purchase an e-bike after having a few experiences riding one while on vacations. I was looking for a retailer who not only sold e-bikes but serviced them as well. After visiting Mike's e-bikes and meeting Mike I knew I came to the right place. Mike has several brands of e-bikes to choose from. Mike made my purchasing experience great! The bike was on back order but he kept me updated and immediately notified me as soon as it was in and he worked with my schedule and stayed open for me the night I put down my deposit. He was very helpful in getting me set up to ride again! If you're thinking about buying an ebike make sure you go to Mike!

I've been researching electric bikes for a while now and was fortunate enough to come across Mike's e-bikes in Naperville on the internet. Prior to Mike's site, I was looking at bike shops that supplement their "regular" bikes with e-bikes. Mike sells exclusively e-bikes, he is very knowledgeable, he's got bikes in stock, and the prices are very reasonable. It was a great buying experience.

After eagerly awaiting our appointment for a week, it finally arrived. In the meantime I looked at many other bike shop locations in the area, but to no avail... until today. Mike from Mike's E-Bikes was extremely knowledgeable and his background of years in the business made my decision to purchase an e-bike easy. The purchase was quick and easy. Very reasonable price for the good quality and looks of the e-bike, and the riding is smooth. There has been no problem with e-bike for the 1.5 months that I have had it . This is my first e-bike, and Mike made sure that I understood all the settings and features. Mike was very thorough, and very knowledgeable about his ebikes. Love that he lets you try the bikes to get a feel if the bike works for you before you purchase one. It makes sense why he has a appt only because he wants to spend his time with you exclusively to make sure your know more about the bikes he has.. My wife and I scheduled an appoint with Mike and spent an entire hour getting educated on the different makes and styles of E-Bikes. Mike was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. After our first test ride we were hooked on the NCM. We purchased the bikes after our appointment and picked them up several days later. I highly recommend Mike's E-Bikes to anyone interested in purchasing or just to learn about what E-Bikes can offer.

Buyer be ware ! Must sure you ask the right questions. Because I didn’t it totally my mistakes I pay for it. It’s saying on his website if you buy online. You can’t bring your bike for service here. So I trusted him that all services was done on site. I found it easy to buy local and have things easier done if you do. When I had the problem on the bike I was told I was going to have to take it about one hour drive depending on traffic. To a more experience bike person to repair it right. If I knew this that all services is not on site. I would have not purchased the bike. Too hard to get

Let me start by saying that Naperville and the surrounding area is fortunate to have Mike in town.
I've ordered my first e-bike from Mike, after I did my research on the Aventon website and I found out that he was an Elite Aventon Distributor. I was able to pick it up fully assembled a couple hours later. Since this was my first e-bike, Mike was very helpful to explain all the settings and features and he even helped me to load the bike in my trunk.
A week later, we visited Mike again with my wife to purchase another e-bike for her so we can ride along together. Nothing but a 5-star experience
