My name is Kate Greenleaf, and I'm a certified holistic health and nutrition coach, certified yoga instructor and massage therapist through the Kripalu Center Bodywork Program and Lotus Yoga. I believe in the clarity of mind from healthy movement, eating well and sustainable mindfulness practices. I guide my clients in making small, incremental changes that lead to positive shifts in their outlooks and their lives.

Every session is tailored to clients' personal needs, empowering them to heal their own bodies. I really appreciate Kate's clear and knowledgable approach to healthy living. The information she shares can be easily incorporated into a busy schedule and her approach is realistic and encouraging. Kate is not one to rush an experience, a yoga pose, a time for refection, or even a good foot rub.

Applying over two decades of yoga and massage practice, I provide guidance and support to my clients and students by offering small incremental changes in habits and lifestyle for making positive shifts to improve their daily lives.I custom-tailor each session for client's personal needs, empowering them to create profound healing within their own body.
Restorative yoga is a slower, quieter practice, perfect for feeling more calm, centered and spacious. Kate and Regina will lead you through Restorative Yoga, which will include the use of props as well as hands-on assists, warming stones and Reiki to release tension and cultivate tranquility. Explore the healing properties of meditation with an extended guided visualization at the end of the session.
Rejuvenate with a therapeutic massage tailored to fit your needs. I offer an eclectic approach that incorporates deep and light pressure work, hot stones and steamed towels. A massage session can help to improve circulation while aiding to release muscle tension and toxins that are held in the body.

So this is a long-time coming; I had a private yoga session with Kate around Christmas time. I am a life-long fairly competitive athlete, with an intensely private nature. While I do "my own" yoga practice almost daily, I don't often attend classes because I really just don't "vibe well" in groups (even loving, warm, accepting groups). For me, yoga is private, non-competitive, relaxing and freeing physically, but most importantly mentally. I tend toward hatha and even yin styles of yoga rather than ashtanga or any other faster-paced flow.

Kate’s detox program was rewarding. It made me very aware of how much food and drinks affect my energy level. I consider myself a pretty healthy eater, but the detox made me aware of some of my unconscious snacking habits. The meals in her plan were filling and not as restrictive as I anticipated; plus, there were lots of options. I recommend this detox to everyone as the 5-day duration is manageable and it is reassuring to have a knowledgeable and gentle leader like Kate guiding you.

Kate is absolutely wonderful! She always greets me warmly with a smile and brief chat to get a sense of trouble spots when I arrive. I see her every two to three weeks for deep tissue therapeutic massage and I never want to leave her table! I suffer from terrible knots in my neck and Kate always handles them expertly, relieving the tension and helping prevent stress related headaches. I would strongly recommend her expert hands. The warm towels and heated stones feel marvelous when she applies them during massage, and she expertly identifies problem areas and applies the appropriate level of depth

I have been lucky enough to have had several different types of massage experiences from Kate. Her raindrop massage is AMAZING! I loved it. If you need to relax and unwind this is just what the doctor ordered. Kate is very skilled and her hot stone massage and regular massages are wonderful too. I highly recommend her.

Kate is a wonderful massage therapist and a mindful yoga teacher. I have booked massages for my elderly mother, my niece, my daughter, - oh - and myself. Kate's massages are very relaxing and therapeutic! Kate has offered yoga flow classes and gentle yoga to teachers after school. Her routine is relaxing and restorative! I am always glad when I attend her classes and wish I could more often.

I truly can't recommend Kate enough! Her massage work, her knowledge about and use of essential oils, and her talent as a yoga instructor all have me hooked. Most of all, though, it is her authentic and quiet way of knowing what my body and spirit are in need of that I am most appreciative and in awe of. 5 stars and more!
