I am open. For everyone's safety, I am following the guidelines for close contact practice as recommended by the CDC and the American Massage Therapy Association. This includes extra hand washing, wearing masks if unvaccinated, disinfecting all surfaces between each client and using an air purifier. I am asking clients to reschedule if they are not feeling well. My goal is to provide a safe, clean, comfortable space for your massage.

Sarah has remarkable touch. She is gentle when she needs to be and firm when she has to be. She finds places I didn't know were sensitive. She is patient and works with me rather than on me. My monthly session with her is the best thing I do for my health. I see a trainer twice a week and a massage therapist once a month.
