Licensed Inspectors have an opportunity to be well paid for their time on an inspection. Most charge fees that equate to over $100 an hour. My fiancé and I are buying our first house and Bert was recommended to us by our realtor. He was super helpful, informative and responsive leading up to the inspection- which was very easy to schedule right through his website. Once we met, he was down to earth and extremely professional. Inspection estimate says about 3-4 hours to complete but Bert moved quick and it was done within an hour. Inspection report was completed and sent to us within a few hours after we left the property. Thank you Bert for being so diligent and helping us through this step of the home-buying process!
