Mike was a great inspector for our home! He found many things that needed to be looked at and gave us many suggestions and advice! I would definitely recommend him!
Update: Definitely discuss what the roof inspection would be. I recently found out roof inspection is not required by inspectors and we had rain the day of inspection so he didn't go on the roof. We needed some gaskets to be replaced after moving in which is a bummer if he had inspected the roof and it would have been caught. I recommend to discuss roof inspection and have him come back again if raining. He was a great inspector and

I needed an inspector for the house I put in an offer and was calling places to get a quote. When I called him to get a quote he was already thorough with his explanation and was very friendly and knowledgeable I knew I was going to work with him. Mike is incredibly thorough, efficient, and open. He made our home inspection a breeze with a super detailed report. More than that though, because we bought the house remotely, Mike took the time to call me up and explain his notes so that I wouldn’t miss how severe or not so serious the issues were by just reading the text. As all the other reviews say, you can’t find a better inspector than Michael. He immediately answered the phone, scheduled me with in the timeframe I needed and had open communication the whole time. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative throughout the whole inspection. He answered every little question I had and was very personable. He made us feel very confident in the purchase of our first home. I would highly recommend him to anyone who asked.

Michael inspected our pool for our new home that we are purchasing and we couldn't have asked for a better Pool inspector. He was very accommodating when we had to reschedule the inspection date as work was being done on the pool and he was able to fit us into his schedule on short notice.

I would recommend Michael in a heartbeat! He did our inspection and was exceedingly thorough. Step by step and room by room he walked us through the process, pointing out any issues he saw along the way. Pricing was very reasonable, and the report from the inspection has a 24 hour turn around time. I could not have asked for a better person to do our inspection. My wife and I had a great experience with Mike and Bender Inspections. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his inspections. He is an excellent communicator and was able to help us make sense of a lot of different test options and house issues. He answered all of our questions and provided us some great insights. Our full home inspection report was emailed to us less than 24 hours after the inspection had ended.
