Services
We provide buyers, sellers, commercial and residential real estate owners and agents with important information essential to evaluating a property's condition. Grading, walls, coverings, patios and decks, patio covers, sidewalks and driveways, soffits and fascias, doors/windows and trim, gutters and downspouts.
All inspection reports meet the Standards of Practice for the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), & National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). It can be overwhelming to retain all the information we discuss during the course of the inspection. I will provide detailed notes with suggestions on repairs, future maintenance that may be required, and thorough analysis of all of the homes systems and components.
The inspector should ensure that their inspection and inspection report will meet all applicable requirements in your state if applicable and will comply with a well-recognized standard of practice and code of ethics. You should be able to request and see a copy of these items ahead of time and ask any questions you may have.

After some benefit of the doubt and experience gained as a first time home buyer, there were many issues with my home that should have had been stated as red flags. After major repairs between roof replacements, main plumbing and excavation projects, major siding repairs, bringing multiple items to code, and more!… I regret choosing this business.

Home Inspection completed on a home I am selling.
The buyer hired Mr. Farrell to perform inspection. During said inspection the heat to my home was left disabled and off. With it being peak winter this a very careless thing to do, had I not come to the house to check everything after inspection, it is highly
likely there would have been bursted pipes within the home. After reaching out to Mr Farrel myself, I was told that he is out of state and would not be able to return to correct his careless oversight. Fortunately I have a family member that works on heat and a/c and they were able to come

Paul was very professional and knowledgeable, he really took his time and made sure he Checked everything on my home inspection, at the end he broke everything down with great detail on what he did, the final report was very detailed with pictures , paul seems to take alot of pride in what he does and i highly recommend him.
