The response to my review from the owner makes no sense at all. First of all I was never ever in the salon. Both my appts were made by phone and cancelled by phone. Second of all I don't know who Brian is. I never spoke to a male not one time. Never once used a cuss word. They must have me confused with another client that they have also done this to. Blocking me from their establishment does not bother me. After the way I was treated I would never do business with them and warn others the same.

OMG this place is awesome. A beauty supply, a barber shop and a hair salon all in one place. Braiding hair and weave hair galore and all the beauty products and brushes.
Mrs Anne the owner is a cosmetologist braider and so nice and she knows all about hair. Brian is the barber and a stylist a color king. I fell asleep when he was washing my hair before I got my feed in braids from Sequia.
Everything was great except a lady that came in a cussed at Brian and everyone because they didn't know who she was and she was from Michigan. I could smell the liquor from her talking. She was so wild Brian

The salon cancelled 2 appts in a row. Both appts were cancelled 5 minutes before my appt time. They were very unprofessional and sympathetic when cancelling. I wrote a bad review on them now they are accusing me of coming into the salon using cuss words and smelling of alcohol. In my defense both of my appts were made and cancelled by telephone. I never spoke to and have no idea who Brian is. It's too bad when a business that gets a bad review had to resort to lies. Update on owners response.
