We offer a host of services in our shop; just bring in your computer and we'll take care of the rest. For a lot of the in-shop services that we offer, we charge a flat rate based on how much time the service "should" take us to complete. Often, these flat rates wind up costing less than our normal hourly rate.

I was quite nervous initially since I haven't trusted someone else working on my computer ESPECIALLY GEEK SQUAD in a long time. I took a chance and let me tell you. BEST DECISION! Bethel IT Services is a 5 star computer repair operation. They are knowledgeable professionals with good personalities that make you feel that your computers future is in competent hands. There was even a time that they fixed one of my employees computer issues remotely over the phone saving my business time and money. Their shop is clean with a comfortable lounge area.

Highly satisfied first-time customer here! I was suddenly having trouble connecting my Dell Inspiron laptop (2009 model) to my home WiFi network. After doing some research online, I tried to resolve the issue on my own but I was unsuccessful. Can not say enough good things about BITS.
Had an older Mac Pro that would not turn on because of a damaged hard drive. Apple store said the only thing you could do was recycle the computer and all the files were permanently lost. Chuck took a much different approach. He recovered all my files (1,000’s of pictures) and restored the computer for future use..(better than new) all at an incredible value and in a 2 day turn around. I was left with the impression I could talk to them for hours about any I.T. related questions I have. They are true professionals who provide the customer with exceptional

Last week I brought our son’s Nintendo Switch into the shop to be looked at. They were very honest in saying they probably couldn’t fix it but they would try. They called me the next day and unfortunately they couldn’t fix it (these are nearly impossible to fix) but they were so kind and generous and didn’t even charge me for their time. I’ve heard great things about their skills but I am even more impressed by their humanity!! This is a great example of staying local and using our neighbors for services when we can!!
