At the inception of our business we enlisted the help of the Design and Visual Communications Department at Putnam Vocational Technical Academy in Springfield to help design our business logo. The department instructor selected a few very talented students who worked hard to create and present us with several designs.

I feel very fortunate to have found this gluten free bakery. I found Karen to be an exceptional person to have worked with. I’d ordered the 7”Chocolate cake with raspberry sauce for my daughters birthday. No review can say how unbelievable this cake was. It was so moist and the flavor was incredible. I bet anyone to have one of the bakeries products and even know that it’s Gluten free.

My wife and daughter have to eat gluten free, so I am always on the lookout for places that cater to GF. I came across the Gluten Thief Bakery and decided to give it a shot. I ordered a 7" Carrot Cake, which often times is a mixed bag. After speaking with Karen and discussing specifications she made what was quite possibly the best Carrot Cake (GF/ Non-GF) I have ever had. The cake was perfect. It was moist and flavorful; the Cream cheese frosting was fresh, and the design was perfect. Will be ordering again and often. This business highlights the importance of supporting small business!

A coworker bought this amazing gluten free fruit tart last minute for a Birthday Party and let me tell you it was the most amazing fruit tart I have ever tasted or seen . The presentation was Neat and evenly coated and exploded with flavors of fresh fruit well done definitely will be ordering from you soon and recommending this place to others also thanks for the bonus Mini GF cupcakes the kids loved them and so did the staff ❤️

My life-partner's best friend's Birthday was the occasion to discover Gluten Thief Bakery's dedication to customer satisfaction. We called them from California and became fast friends with the baker. When Karen and her husband learn our plan to surprise our friend with a Bday cake, they jumped on board to deliver the fabulous Gluten-free Chocolate Cake. Their level of commitment to provide excellent service is humbling, they even sang Happy Bday to our friend!.

Karen’s cream puffs are without doubt the best I’ve ever eaten, with gluten or without! As a person with a gluten allergy, her pastries were an amazing treat. I’ve sampled her yummy breads and cookies and have my eye on one of her pies next! The Gluten Thief is a must try for anyone with a sweet tooth- whether you can eat gluten or not!

I'm very pleased to share our wonderful experience with Gluten Thief Bakery. Last night six of us were lucky enough to have their gluten free/dairy free cream puffs. We all thought they were delicious. Karen was great to work with - taking the time to answer all my questions. They delivered the cream puffs right on time. Their communication is superb and I felt like an important customer! I would highly recommend this bakery to anyone and am looking forward to trying some of their other baked goods.
