I had a hydrafacial with Mari and it was AMAZING! My face was breaking out because I wear a mask at work all day and had a ton of congestion. Mari started by dermplaning then moved on to the hydrafacial. Mari went above and beyond to extract and thoroughly treat my breakouts. After the hydrafacial she used both red and blue lights to calm my skin, help kill bacteria and boost collagen. My skin was IMMEDIATELY glowing! The next day my skin was noticeably clearer, still glowing and my makeup went on SO smooth. Mari was knowledgeable and pleasant. I'd highly recommend a hydrafacial with her!

I love NURSE FIONA. Everything her is 5 star. Between her beauty, talent, work ethic, being up to date, fun, has a excellent choice in staff, down to her set up. Simply brilliant. I cannot say enough good things about nurse Fiona and her staff! I began seeing her three years ago when I wanted some extra volume in my lips/Botox and she has exceeded all of my expectations. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and experienced in her field, but she also truly cares about each and every one of her clients. I’m very pleased with the service at Nurse Fiona Spa. Everyone is very nice.
This was my first time getting Botox treatment and I was a bit nervous but they made me feel comfortable. The results are great and I’m extremely satisfied.
The place is very cozy, with great decor. I thought the price for my treatment was reasonable and looks like they always have some sort of promotion going on on other treatments.

First time here getting Botox and loved the place. The location is very easy to get to and the place is nicely decorated. The price for Botox was excellent and it looked like there were lots of specials on fillers.
I was most impressed with the nurse Audra. She is smart, informative and a very good listener. She spent so much time easing my fears and I can't recommend her more highly! She is my new best friend for all things beauty!

Nurse Fiona is amazing!! I've been to her I think 4 times now and she always makes me feel right at home. I don't even get nervous anymore because she's so good at what she does I trust her. She's really up to date on treatments and stays in the loop. She makes me feel really comfortable and I'm fact knows a whole lot about my life now because I tell her everything! I was feeling self conscious about a particular part of my face and wanted to augment - she evaluated and actually suggested just a few units of Botox instead to see if I can get the same desired effect. It's been a while since I've last reviewed Nurse Fiona. I have had too many wonderful services to list. I have read the past 2 less then stellar reviews and I would like to comment. As we all know you must take the good with the bad. Fiona injects thousands of people a year. It would be impossible to make 100 percent of the people, 100 percent happy, 100 percent of the time. AG...I too had cool sculpting and experienced side effects...it didn't matter if Fiona was at work, or on a date with her husband, or picking up her children from school. She stops what she is doing to attend

Horrible! I've done fillers and coolsculpting here. I did my lips here which are very uneven and Fiona injected the wrong filler for my philtrums making my upper lip look like a blob. And I had the WORST pain after doing coolsculpting that I reached out to Fiona after and she was upset I was contacting her while she was on a date with her husband....contact me for proof of text messages! DO NOT go here for it's horrible treatments, unprofessionalism and service! I haven't been here for over 14 months due to the awful treatments I've had! After going somewhere else that is absolutely

I have tried a couple of medical spas on the east coast and Nurse Fiona Medical Spa is by far the best. Every staff member is super friendly and professional. I've been extremely happy with the services I've received every time. I recently had an appointment with Audra and she was super sweet. I told her I was interested in an additional service and she went out of her way to grab one of the estheticians to speak with me. Highly recommend to all!! You'll love it and look great!

I've been wanting to get my lips done for a couple years but didn't know of anyone in Massachusetts. I was terrified. I hate needles. When I arrived, Abby, the receptionist and makeup artist at the spa put numbing cream on my lips and chatted with me while I waited. She knew I was nervous but told me it wasn't so bad - she even came in to distract me while I had the procedure done. I loved her. I walked in having done no research whatsoever and not knowing how to fix what I wanted help with. She knew. Consult and treatment took 35 minutes. She is fast, efficient, explains things beautifully and I felt really relaxed. I NEVER in a million years thought I'd do anything like this, ever. But the easy sign up online for appointment and friendly staff made it hard to NOT go in.
