Services
BOTOX Cosmetic is a simple, nonsurgical, physician-administered treatment that can temporarily smooth moderate to severe frown lines between the brows in people from 18 to 65 years of age. It is the only treatment of its type approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

I started going to Landa Medspa for laser hair removal a few years ago, and have since been back for a multitude of services-from microneedling, microdermabrasion to BTL! Gabriela is so knowledgable and professional, and is a joy to interact with. The office is clean, staff is friendly and they assist me with any aesthetic concerns that I may have. I am so glad that I have found Landa MedSpa for laser hair removal treatment! It has been life changing. Gabriella is amazing! The whole office is clean and beautiful. So far I’ve only had two sessions on my thighs (to treat ingrown hairs that I’ve struggled with for YEARS) and I already see so much improvement! At my first visit she recommended her Green Tea warming exfoliant, which is the best exfoliant I’ve ever tried (and I’ve tried many) and a cream to apply a few times a week. I’m so impressed with the results so far, I wish I had started treatment years ago!

Completed two appointments of PRP and about to go for the third one. The result is amazing, my skin is tighter, smoother and brighter. Gabriella is very professional, she walked thru what I need to do before and after treatment and make sure I follow it for the best result. The treatment is quick and painless, only difficulty is that I have very tiny vines and hard to take blood, but they managed to do it without problems. Worth it!

Ive been going to Landa for about 7 years or so. I also continue to go now, even after moving and the drive time has doubled (about a 55 min drive). Landa always has the most current treatments to offer as well as very reasonable prices. Ive had micro, facials, chemical peels and IPLs. Highly recommend! Very personable staff.

Received a groupon gift for 6 laser removal sessions, and after 2 sessions i am seeing significant improvements on my hair growth rate. It has definitely slowed it down, and hopefully they will be gone by the time i finish with my 6th appointment. Another great thing, is the dark pigmentation on my armpit skin has gone away! I highly believe is due to the 2 sessions i've been and the cream i got at Landa Medspa. Highly recommend!

I've been going to this MedSpa for over 4 years. It's comfortable and welcoming and Gabriela's warm, cheerful personality puts you at ease immediately. I've had facials and microdermabrasion. Recently, I had to have a minor operation and obviously was unable to wear any makeup. As I was wheeled into the operating room my 3 nurse attendants complimented me on how beautiful my skin was and I'm in my sixties!

My experience with LandaMed Spa was FAR different than the positive reviews I had read before purchasing laser services. After completing 3 treatments, I experienced not a single hair fall out. I understand the treated area is hormonal and results vary, but when I asked about it, I was told it was because of ingrown hairs that I wasn't treating with the products she sells.
I also left every appointment feeling like my time was absolutely wasted. I would arrive a few minutes early, if not right on time and wouldn't make it into the room until at least 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment

Gabriella Landa the owner is so knowledgeable and amazing at what she does. I've been going for IPL Photo facials, the results are wonderful. I had a lot of sun damage and very bad rosacea which causes red broken capillaries, after only four sessions I've seen very noticeable results with both sun spots and redness. Gabriella always listens to my concerns and is very compassionate. I also had my first micro needling treatment which went very well. I highly recommend Landa Med Spa. Excellent services and extremely reasonable prices!

Went for laser hair treatments on my underarms. After the first tx already noticed good results! The hair grew a lot slower and thinner than before. Definitely plan to get more areas treated!
Update: I'm now halfway through treatments and can't say enough about it!! If you're thinking of doing laser hair removal do it and do it here!! Landa has the best prices with great results! I can't wait to treat more areas and am referring all my friends here!

I have been coming to Landa Med Spa now for several months to get rid of fat on my neck and to regrow hair on my scalp. I have to say, the results have been very impressive. Gabriela, the owner, is very nice and accommodating and also fun to talk to. The services are a little high but you get great results. I don't normally write reviews but I was moved to after my wonderful experience with Gabriella at Landa Medspa in Framingham. I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal and have been more than satisfied with the results. I also purchased a BTL ULTRA package for my eye area and was extremely satisfied with the results around my eye area and the package price that Gabriella gave to me. LANDA MEDSPA is a clean and professional atmosphere. Appointments were easy to get into as well! Big thumbs up!
