I cannot say enough about Age Perfectly and Helen! I have TMJ as a result of years of grinding my teeth in my sleep. I learned about Botox as a treatment for TMJ and found Helen through internet research. The results could not have been better - the muscles have relaxed, I am pain free, and the grinding is now minimal. I wish my doctor or dentist would have told me about this option sooner.

Botox for men? The Age Perfectly team was tremendous after an initial consult and recommended an appropriate Botox treatment for anti-aging. After just a few short days I have noticeable results!
The office is conveniently located in downtown Wellesley, is pristine and not to mention, the staff followed all Covid-19 protocols. The staff was also diligent with the Botox administration and follow up to ensure I was completely satisfied with my treatment.
I would recommend Age Perfectly for any person looking to LOOK and FEEL younger!

My dentist recommended I come here to treat my TMJ/bruxism. After 1 treatment, my TMJ/bruxism is 90% resolved. The treatment was painless and easy, and they take covid very seriously. My dentist says she knows of several patients who have come here and experienced significant improvement. I would definitely recommend Age Perfectly to anyone who suffers from TMJ/bruxism.

Have done two treatments with truscrupt id, which is fat destruction service, on my double chin, back and tummy. Excellent results! Not really painful, quick and just a bit warm. Ideal to do in winter. The results are visible immediately although the full result is expected in 8-10 weeks. Cause fat issues are supposed to be gone over time from nature metabolism. So there will be more results in a month or two months. Good price too. Very affordable especially for treatment that lasts for a long long time.

I was doubtful when my dentist told me I should try Botox for my severe TMJ. I have religiously worn a nighttime mouth guard for years, but my subconscious clenching and grinding was actually wearing my teeth down. My dentist at Wellesley Dental Arts said Helen Jackman at Age Perfectly was very experienced with the procedure.
I cannot believe the result! The pain, and the headaches they caused, were gone within a week. This should be covered by insurance, but until it is, I will happily pay Helen’s reasonable rates.

Helen at Age Perfectly is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind. You can tell immediately that she knows what she is doing. She will not oversell you on anything you don't need. I love her less is more approach. Two weeks after my Dysport treatment and I'm loving it. I actually had less injected than I've had in the past and I think it looks better.

After doing some research I discovered Age Perfectly and quickly realized I was at the right location.
The facility is in a great location and very accessible. Helen and her assistant were wonderful to deal with. I would strongly recommend age perfectly for any discerning individual.

Helen is the absolute best! I went in for a consultation about Botox and lip fillers and was a little skeptical, but she was so knowledgeable about the treatment and answered any question I had. After the consultation, I was confident that I wanted to go through with both treatments with Helen and was able to get back in that same week.

Her practice is immaculate - and she always schedules enough time for your appointment to feel relaxing and un-rushed and properly consults with you as to what you would like to achieve/do.
I have had zero down time getting my juvederm, she is someone who very delicately and precisely injects and the most I have ever had is one minor bruise, which to me its phenomenal as I always forget to take arnica etc prior and regularly take fish oil. My Dysport far outlasts what my Botox ever did, which is a product Helen recommended and you can tell

I found Helen on an online search after contemplating on going back to the place I went to my first time getting lip filler. I came here based on the Yelp, Google+, and Facebook reviews and I was not disappointed. I met with Helen on my first visit and enjoyed her openness, her demeanor and the way she treated me. I felt my treatment was really nicely done and I she followed up to ensure I was happy with my results.
Even though this location is about 30 mins from where I live I will go back as I felt very comfortable, and believe Helen will do a good job with anything she offers as a service. Her pricing is also fair and I don't feel like I'm paying crazy pricing.

Age perfectly is a private beautiful and extremely personal office. Helen can be described the same way. She is exceptionally talented not only in her craft but in understanding what her clients want. My biggest concern was having some very subtle improvements, and she was on the same page, the procedure took less than 5 minutes, but she spent as much time as I needed to ensure I was relaxed before and after. I would not hesitate to recommend her to prospective clients!

I had an appointment back in August. Helen did an amazing job on Botox in my forehead. She made it so natural but still got rid of all the imperfections I was unhappy with. She was also so warm and professional! She even followed up with me to make sure that my results were to my liking! Please go see Helen for all of your needs she will not disappoint!
