This place has horrific professionalism, questionable expertise and try any excuse to charge you more money. I scheduled an appointment for treatment months ago, on a date when I could afford the downtime to do it. It's a treatment I've done before and am very familiar with. On the day of treatment they suddenly decided they didn't want to do it if I hadn't been using some face cream they wanted to sell me. Nevermind that this "pre-treatment" is not a required part of the treatment protocol, and my old doc from the University of Chicago never made me do this and still got great results. Now (on

I started seeing Meaghan a couple of months ago because I wanted to look fresh-faced for my upcoming wedding. The past year+ has taken a toll on everyone and I personally felt it was showing on my skin. Meaghan recommended a couple of hydrafacials to help me look my best. Have had such a lovely experience so far with Face Forward and nurse Lucy. The full examination and skin consultation with custom recommendations was the most educational experience I’ve had when it comes to my skin. Never have I ever been so on top of my skin routine. I look forward to going back especially for the chocolates and gorgeous decor.

Face Forward has been a wonderful experience from my initial consultation to my first treatment I felt the goal of Jill and her staff was to listen and make me feel welcome. They were truly interested in what I wanted for treatments and how I wanted to achieve a softer appearance. As a woman in my 60’s I did not want to look 30 I just wanted to soften the appearance of my fine lines.

Growing up and playing sports did a number on my skin. I’ve always been a bit self conscious about wrinkles near my eyes and sun damage in general. I came in for a Halo laser treatment with Lucy and I am very excited to continue treatments with her. She’s super knowledgeable and friendly. Face Forward is amazing! I've been seeing Amy for microneedling treatments to reduce acne scarring and my face is SO much smoother.
