We work together with a common language and a common philosophy for designing organized, appropriate, and personalized training programs. At FitnWell we focus on developing health and fitness as a lifestyle, and producing the results you want safely and effectively.
This class is your cure to your regular fitness routine. Using functional training, principles of athletic conditioning, this workout will test your limits to achieve unparalleled results. Done in circuit training fashion this high-intensity class uses free weights, bands, balls, ropes, kettlebells etc.
At FitnWell we'll use our in-depth analysis along with the evaluation and exercises from your physical therapist to structure the right plan for you to ensure you keep up with your rehab protocol, as well as challenging your body to adapt to new and changing stimuli. Every client has muscular imbalances that may cause the same repetitive injuries.
FitnWell offers a four-week "boot camp" program of inspiring workouts for all experience and fitness levels! Safe and challenging exercises include obstacles, hikes, walk/runs, postural exercises, confidence builders, and more! Pre and post camp evaluations are included, as well as a 2-hour nutritional seminar with yummy healthy treats.
ALIVE is an 8-week exercise regimen with real-world nutritional shifts that taps the boundaries of medicine and healing. See how this exercise and lifestyle protocol has found its place in a society searching for answers. ALIVE isn't for "the sick, " but rather for those who have moved away from "their best" and want to be better.
