Introducing Bonnie Weber, Owner of The Pilates Garden and Personal Training Studio. I began my journey in the health field as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) specializing in geriatrics. In 1994, I became a Certified Personal Trainer and quickly put my knowledge into practice at various local gyms and studios, working with clients of all ages and abilities.
The Pilates Garden and Personal Training Studio has joined forces with Next Level Rehabilitation. Our focus and passion speak for itself! We specialize in working together to help our clients/patients understand their ailments, physical limitations and abilities. Our job is to teach you that pain is not a lifestyle.

Pilates is a method of corrective exercise designed to lengthen muscles as it strengthens them, with an emphasis on muscular movement initiation. It's also an effective way to prevent injuries and chronic pain. Pilates is a connection of mind, body and spirit through movement. Anyone at any age or fitness level can benefit from Pilates.
Many trainers promise an "incredible program or system" that will work for you. However, there is no hidden secret to achieving optimum fitness. It takes hard work, dedication and support to make a lifestyle change and the desire must be firmly planted in your mind. We approach fitness like a puzzle; in order for you to get the results you desire, all the pieces have to be connected.

Bonnie is exactly what all trainers should be - fun, energetic and knowledgeable. She makes sure you understand what you're doing and why you're doing it. What muscles you should be using and not using with each exercise. And she is totally flexible in what you want to do when you are working with her. She goes by how you are feeling on that particular day and not necessarily what should come next, or what she may have had planned.
I enjoy every workout session even when I am in a bad mood. I leave feeling much better in mind and body!!

A hidden gem 💎!! For someone who can talk a lot, I am having a hard time putting my thoughts eloquently. I’ll have to simply suggest you see for yourself. After 2 c-sections, my lower core was severely impaired. Bonnie’s expertise & passion for what she does makes strengthening not only insanely enjoyable but effective. I have been with Bonnie for almost 2 years. I came in to become more active and healthier. I am now so much stronger, I amaze myself. This has been a life changing experience with Bonnie. My sister and I started taking personal training sessions with Bonnie in February of 2014. I honestly can't express how wonderful it has been to work with Bonnie! My hip pain is what brought me to Bonnie over a year ago and ever since I started training with her I no longer have pain. She is knowledgeable, mindful and careful about making sure you do everything the way you're supposed to! I used to dread working out but she continues to keep me interested, healthy and strong. Bonnie is an excellent personal trainer. She is very intuitive to her clients' fitness needs and goes out of her way to make them feel comfortable.
Bonnie is also a very good Pilates trainer, so if you're into Pilates then I definitely recommend signing up with her!!

My thoughts and my opinion, as the Mother of a woman, whose name is Bonnie she is a personal trainer and Pilates instructor and who has her own studio in Wayne Pa. She has changed my life.. First, when she was born, she arrived 6 yrs later for her big sister but not too late to be a friend. I have been training with Bonnie for 14 yrs and I think it qualifies me as a woman who can write and give a review about a person and place she loves!!!!
I started training with Bonnie, when she would come home for a visit she would have me running around, shopping, cooking and cleaning but that wasn't enough

The Pilates Garden in Wayne is a great studio with a very thoughtful, caring, and personal trainer in Bonnie. She designed my workout to be unique to my abilities. We started with understanding my baseline during my initial free appointment. She was very helpful and really seemed to want to know what I was trying to get out of working out and getting into shape.
After this initial assessment future workouts focused on strengthening my core and ensuring I can develop balance and completing each method correctly working my way from lighter resistance and weight to more resistive and heavier each
