I brought in my ATV 2005 bombardier outlander Max they went over to complete machine I told him what was going on and they had it back to me within 4 days and I am very happy with what they've done they did excellent work and I'm very happy they've called me back and everything to tell me what's going on very recommended

I wont go anywhere else ever again. My Suzuki LTZ400 had some issues with the carb. Took it to Route 12 Arctic Cat and they made a mess of it even more than it was before. I took it to Nielsens Powersports and they charged me a few hundred bucks for nothing. Bike came out with even worse issues than when it went in. Took this to Brett at JRs back in December. He communicated exactly what was wrong and what he was going to do to correct it. And he did indeed correct my issue. Bike runs like its brand new again. I have taken a snowmobile, two four wheelers, and a motorcycle to them over the past three years and the service has been great. Communication about the diagnosis and the cost to repair was dead on in each of my three experiences. Prices are very fair! I feel they really look out for you as their customer!
