Fabulous experience. Tom is the best salesman ever. Worked with us easily to get me the bike I wanted set up the way I wanted at a great price. Plenty of bikes to choose from as well.

Oh man the bikes in there are gorgeous. Couple of second hand beauties too. You can get yourself some tops, hats, stickers and patches too. Not to mention bike accessories.

It has been awhile since I needed to visit Indian of Racine, 75 miles from my home. I needed tires, brakes and some minor recall service. Andy got me in on schedule and back on the road quickly. We enjoyed the bar/restaurant upstairs while waiting as well as talking with most of the staff about all things Indian or dealer related. It was nice to see these good folks going strong after just a few years in business.

My brother bought his Indian here. Friendly staff, nice bikes, lots of merchandise and good food at the eatery upstairs.

My daughter and I were just out for a ride on a nice Sunday. Turns out the store was closed, when out of the blue Mario's Dad from the parking lot lets me show my daughter the inside! What great customer service! So glad I bought my bike from them! He made my daughter's day.

I recently contacted Indian Motorcycle of Racine to inquire about a motorcycle. Now to begin with I am in automotive sales, 23 years, so I am very familiar with the process.
It began well enough, was greeted by Tom, a salesman, made an offer and was happy with his counter.
Was told I would have to get my own transport, since I live 500 plus miles away, and that I should get my own financing.
So, really wanting this particular bike, I secured my own financing, and transport.
When I contacted Tom and requested him to contact my financual institution so thwy coukd get what they need to send a check

First class all the way. Mario and his team were very friendly and knowledgeable. Great prices on their bikes and I received a generous offer on my Harley trade. The history of their building and how they were able to salvage many materials from a crumbling building next door to get their building to its current form are very much worth asking about. Didn't get a chance to try The Nash due to Covid-19 but I will absolutely be back once things return to some sort of normalcy. Just a great atmosphere. Couldn't recommend them any higher. 10 🌟 minimum.

Traveled 1400 miles to pick up my bike one way. Was told my bike would be ready to go. Mechanic said they rode the bike after the person who traded the bike in rode it in. Was given the story that the bike would not start because it was sitting in the cold shop. Loaded it and headed it home. Got home the bike would not start. Took it to the shop and found out that the fuel pump was out! Then the wiring was messed up. Bike could not have been riden due to these problems. I was looking to trade my 2015 harley trike for an Indian Springfield. I had gone to the harley dealer in Woodstock il, with thoughts of a road king, but they acted like they were doing me a favor by letting me in the door..end of that. So, walked in and talked to Tom D. Super guy and patient! Sat on a few bikes, looking for the right fit. Unfortunately the ones that fit right were not what I wanted. Told him I like red. Clean, respectable, and educational. Mario was very educational and respectful. I am a rider of many things and owning a harley it was interesting what Indian has to offer.
Comfort each has its own style but much lighter than a Harley bagger. I shouldn't have to tell you Indian has been here a long time. This place is very nice to come with low key and relaxing viewing experience. Bonus THE NASH restaurant overlooks the dealership below. The food is good. They have bike nights in the summer on Tuesdays. The dealership is in fairly easy location and it's in the heart of downtown.

I decided to visit Indian of Racine last summer after seeing their Facebook site showing the awesome looking venue with attached bar and restaurant, so thought it might make a great destination ride. Sad to report that I disliked it and won't be going back. To their credit, the dealership itself was nice and the staff was friendly, but that was the only thing positive about my experience. I went there on a day when they were hosting an event with free food, beer, and a live band in their parking lot. Quick and easy sales department Mario is the best. Purchased 2 motorcycles from them and even commute daily past another Indian store that I won't shop at simply because these guys are better.

I was a paramedic for 20 years so I just can't get into the idea of riding a donorcycle but this unique, historic and mildly racist brand name is displayed well at this classy and historic (it used to be a Nash dealership back in the day) sunny showroom. There's lots of unique gifts for the gearheads on your list, and the friendly salespeople are just the right balance of knowledgeable and polite, not pushy or jaded. I must admit I only know about this venerable American icon of two wheel conveyance from a Batman movie. Convenient parking.

I stopped in on a Friday night looking for clothing and accessories.

The store is huge and designed beautifully. The service was very friendly and helpful. I like being assisted by someone who appreciates my business. The woman was very nice. I ended up buying a really cute sweatshirt.

There is a new restaurant upstairs and a parking lot perfect for cook out parties. A lot of new action going on!

The place has a real energetic vibe that creates excitement both in the shop and upstairs. The motorcycles lined up looked gorgeous. I did not get the feeling of an old motorcycle shop steeped in too

Really Got Screwed Bad!!!
Called and inquired about a Can Am Spyder listed in papers. Agreed to asking price and said I would be there when opening in the morning with $10,500 cash. Rented a trailer to transport to my home 2 1/2 hours away. Withdrew the money from the bank and received a call from the dealer 3 hours later saying that they were embarrassed but another salesperson sold the bike to a buyer who was there now paying for it.

Boy did I get the rug pulled out from under me, not to mention that I walked away from another deal that went away when I did. When texting the female salesperson

The sales experience with Mark Porcaro was perfect. Mark presented the Indian Vintage I had in mind, presented some other choices without being the least bit pushy; presented a trade-in number for me to consider and then gave me a soup to nuts tour of every aspect of the facility, with introductions to the people. I loved it!!! Felt like a family member.
