One of the most negative rental experiences I've ever had. Took over property management duties halfway through our rental term for our Cleveland Heights property on Taylor Rd. They not conduct repairs or maintenance as we submitted requests,. Upon move-out they deducted half of our deposit for cleaning fees and debris removal despite us leaving the property in better condition than it was received to us. They were not willing to itemize and provide visual proof of the specific deductions they made. We highly suspect these charges to not have been accurate since they did not even have evidence

I have never been treated in a more degrading, dehumanizing way. I was forcibly made homeless by the unethical business practices these people use. I paid my rent every month faithfully and the they kicked me out of my house for no reason except to raise the rent on the next tenant. They did not attempt to negotiate with me, did nothing to ask for my consent and did not consult me about their choice in any manner. When I had left they then decided to charge me 650 dollars for the privilege of being removed from my own home.

Would NOT recommend them as PM. I've been working with them for a year and for most of it I was out of state. I just moved to Ohio in May and visited the property after the upstairs unit was vacant. In June I was charged $140 to fix the fence. When I visited the unit end of July I noticed 3 used white pieces of wood and some rusty screws. I'm pretty sure $140 can do more than that. I entered the unit to check if it had washer/dryer connection because my agent Brittany Accord said they couldn't find any. They had also charged me $485 for what they called "minor fixes" and
