After living here a year it has been the worst renting experience I’ve had. Couldn’t get a hold of my land manager the entire time, and they got citations from the city several times including for a dead rodent on the roof they left in a cage to rot. Really gross floors and walls when I moved in, and glass I almost stepped on. The fact they give you money off for writing a good review is so shady.

I am taking back my 5 star review. They said we would get $25 off our first rent if we give them a 5 star but they do not deserve it. I have only been under their management for 3 months and it has been awful. I have put in 3 requests and not 1 of them has been answered. I have 2 very young children and our AC went out in the heat of the summer. My kids were dripping sweat and nothing was done, that was 3 months ago. The railing on the staircase was not secure and my kids could fall down the overlook at any point and nothing was done so my husband finally put in some nails to prevent some very

Only reason I’m giving 1 star is because I can’t give zero. Roy Guy is a lying SOB. Worst part is he is the owner. He moved me into a house that had cameras on it which I was not aware of. Told me the landlord wanted me to move the day after I moved in. Knowingly moved me into another house that was for sale. Then told me I had to move again. I refused. Threatened me with a 3 day notice. Very unprofessional

Been 2 weeks called and texted and get no one that knows anything or just no response. I asked for the rental history to be sent to me 2 times and nothing. Which legally we are supposed to get. After reading other reviews I'm ok with not dealing with another non responsive landlord. Be aware who you rent from.

If you're looking for a company with no moral values and absolutely terrible customer service, you need look no further. The review responses posted by the company's owner, Mr. Roy Guy, will speak for themselves.
This company is rated F by the Better Business Bureau and that didn't happen by mistake. Good luck getting a phone call or an email returned, and if you happen to be one of the lucky few that does, have fun living in a slum.

The principal broker for our property helped expedite our process of reserving the property, but has taken a while to provide us more information (a video) on the property, which we want to split the rooms among us tenants and for peace of mind (more transparent insight) before signing the lease.
With that said, I appreciate our principal broker answering my many questions, and hope for a continued positive relationship. The other staff I’ve talked to on the phone have been polite and helpful or as helpful as they can be given their domain of knowledge.
