ÂPros Took over my building a few months ago and I notice a huge change. I like their responsiveness and professionalism and the improvements they have made to the complex. Ms. India , the manager literally even rescued this homeless puppy we found and adopted her. I love these people.đđ€©â written 4 weeks prior to my move out. Check my update below.

I only give them a 3 due to the fact they just took over the property we are leasing. They don't have an email address to voice concerns when the office is closed. The previous property company was terrible. The thing is they kept the same maintenance people. They aren't that great. They do the bare minimum and leave the property without doing any clean up.

I moved in to the apartments during COVID so there was no one on site, understandably, until recently. I have lived here for about six months.
Hands down, first and foremost as a Mother of two small children Iâm sincerely thankful for India and the team here because it takes a village ! India and the team have been quick to make extraordinary changes in such little time. The over all look of the apartments has been brought up a big notch by not only fixing things that needed fixing but adding to the over all decorum including a new community center for all ages to enjoy. Absolutely amazing! India has to be legit to most amazing property manager that I have came across. Any issues she handles them same day without any problem. When she comes by my son loves her and she plays with him (2 year old) like they have known each other forever! She is amazing!

Absolutely loving the new management for Monarch court apartments . . Thanks for everything that's being done there doing a great job at making sure residents are getting what they. Need done. . I needed my apartment carpet done they had it tooking care of on point love the new carpet then guys were fast did it in a timely matter the smell in my apartment from the residents above are also tooking care of as well I can finally sleep in my own apartment . . Not professional in the least! I lived at the Gastonian for 4 years & seen the property change hands a couple of times. I just recently moved out on the 30th of June. Went back & cleaned the apartment thoroughly, however I just received communication from a debt collection company (my account was referred to them on the 16th of July!) that I owe Professional Service Management $450 for whatever. No attempts was made by ProsM to inform me of any debt to them. And when I called back I was hung up on twice, with claims they couldn't tell me why I have a debt & why it was automatically sent to a debt

This new management that took over my last management has been extremely communicative and professional. They quickly respond to my requests and questions, they are thorough with the upkeep and maintenance of the property, and I was happy to sign a new lease. India has been amazing since becoming our property manager. If I have an issue, it is typically done within 24 hours. She is attentive and friendly. I was thinking about no renewing my lease based on the former owners but she has changed the energy over here!

You know Iâve been a tenant of theirs since January and I love my apartment and the management team. Especially India, she has been kind, very helpful, patient, and I really appreciate her for it. ProsPM controls ac/heat at Thunderbird in Dallas. I am forced to sleep w/windows open, bugs fly in, & had to buy ac unit. I never thought I would not have the ability to manage my own heat or ac. Not all rooms have a 3 prong outlets and I am having to use a plug in adapter which could be an electrical hazard. I have not used heat (even in 24 degree weather) and all my windows were fogged. That is how hot it is in my apartment. Over the summer the pool was not maintained, pool turned green, and witnessed water bugs in the pool several times.
