My personal experience with this company was horrible. After firing me for something I absolutely did not do, they tried to keep my final paycheck until I reported them to the US Department of Labor and Wages (I'm not the first employee they have done this too). After the Dept of Labor and Wages investigated my claim, they had 10 days to pay me. I had no guidance from corporate office, or at least from my corporate supervisor Grace. Great company! I lived at a property in Austin. When I moved out, I called the corporate office for questions. The corporate office was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I would definitely move back to an NE Management property, when I move again. Customer service was above and beyond. Thanks all!

My home was hit by Hurricane Harvey on August 25, 2017. All electrical power was destroyed for my county (Aransas) as well as two more. While a time of chaos, some believed that it would require up to 6 months to restore power. I had fled to Victoria where, after a considerable search, I located a suitable apartment available on “month to month” for $1,400 per month with a $250 refundable deposit which I paid on August 31, 2017. As AEP excelled in their restoration efforts, the power was back on by September 10! I promptly gave notice, immaculately cleaned the apartment,

Any time I have EVER had an issue (and there’s been quite a few) it never gets done in a timely manner. I have to call constantly to remind them and check on when things will get taken care of. For example, I came home after work with no heat and it there was a freeze warning in my city and I called maintenance to come check it out...2 hours later the guy came by and said he didn’t know what was wrong so he would send somebody out the next week so I had to go all weekend without heat. Elevators will be down for a week or two at a time. On top of that, anytime I’ve had maintenance enter my
